The cabin's are fantastic, can't recommend them enough, I would recommend anyone thinking about a cabin to visit and actually site in one no picture does them justice! Whats more the Artic Cabins team are lovely deal with from sales and customer support to the fitters, who I might add are so fast you will not believe it and do a really nice job!. I really cannot fault anything!

Excellent service from the team at Artic cabins. Clear communication from the start and they kept us informed about the progress, delivery and installation dates. Workmanship on the day was excellent, the two lads really worked hard and explained everything in great detail. Would highly recommend.

What amazing cabins! The service was absolutely 💯. When the lads came to construct the cabin, they were thoughtful of the property and very approachable when asking questions about the maintenance of the cabin. All our friends love ours, they call it the hobbit house! Check this company out! Very professional and the cabins are exceptional quality and materials, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent service from sales to build. The hut is of good quality an is an asset to our home giving hours of relaxation and fun. It’s a great way to have time alone as well as to entertain and have fun.

We are so pleased with our new 10m Arctic Cabin, having viewed at the show site we were given all the advice we needed but put under no sales pressure. Ordering the cabin was easy and a date for delivery was given with regular updates. Our cabin was expertly put together by Tod and Lloyd who worked non stop to get everything put together well - so impressed with their work and showing us how to get the best out of our new hut, we love it, already had friends around who were all amazed - thanks to every one involved

We’ve had a cabin (or BBQ Hut as we refer to it) from Artic Cabins for about 4 - 5 years now, and never looked back! Recently contacted the team as our door was stiff due to the elements, after making good use over many years. On receiving my email, Artic Cabins we’re out within a few days without question, honouring their warranty, and of course fixing our door. I always believe you see the true authenticity of a company when you have a snag or query post sales, and feel very reassured in how this was handled. Cabin still looking as good as new. Many thanks! The whole experience was reassuring and helpful, from the first contact with the office at Arctic Cabins to the end product. Every person involved with us as customers were polite courteous , friendly . The work team that erected the cabin were hard working and great and very helpful attention to detail was brilliant. A team of 2 never stopped working for the entire build. They worked through the rain , this did not stop them. A big thank you to them. The quality of the build is amazing, from the super strong foundation, to the damp proofing built in from the ground up. Everything is securely screwed down back to the foundation. This cabin is going to last for generations to come. Plus you have a 10 year warranty with the cabin. Thank you so much to Arctic Cabins .

I am so pleased with my Arctic Cabin. It is beautifully made with very high quality materials. The fitters arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the cabin was built. They were extremely polite and happily described to me how the build was going, pointing out all the things I needed to know. No regrets whatsoever. Very highly recommended.

We are absolutely over the moon with our Cabin, Jack and Reece did an amazing job of installing the hut, very knowledgeable, explained everything to us as they built it & why, two really nice people. We are so excited to entertain family & friends over the next however many years we can enjoy our Arctic cabin together. As I have family in Capetown SA and when we visit there or they visit here we always Braii, we are calling our hut - Die Braai Plek!! The Barbecue Place.

From my first enquiry with Anne-Marie at Artic Cabins to the final build, the whole experience has been extremely professional. Both Adam and Matthew who came to build my cabin arrived on time and never stopped until my cabin was built!!! They were really nice lads worked so well together as a team and they couldn't be more polite. They answered all my questions and sat down at the end and went through everything with me. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am so thrilled with my Artic Cabin and would recommend them to anyone thinking of having one.

A 5 star experience from start to finish. Adam and Matt were fantastic! Professional, friendly and patiently answered my many questions. The cabin has been used every day since it was installed at the beginning of June. The quality is amazing. We have some very jealous friends and neighbours. A big thank you to the whole team. We love it!

We have been looking for a cabin for a while now we saw Arctic Cabins at a show. We then visited the site at Nottingham where we were left to browse all the cabins with no hassle. You really get the feel of each cabin, to sit in them and decide which is best for you. We decided on the arctic bar and from the first consultation to the finished build the staff were very impressive. They were all very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The build quality is second to none and all the extras that is included makes it all that bit more special. It took 2 days to construct by Adam and Matt they were awesome answered all my question. The cabin is amazing.If your looking for a garden building I would 100% recommend Arctic Cabins. Big thank you to them for a great building, we love it.
