Simon and the team provided excellent advice without any pressure on our trip to the Nottingham show site. The purchase was smooth. There was good communication with regards to time scales and delivery. The hut arrived on the day and time quoted and the fitters were wonderful despite the 5 hours of constant rain they had to work through. Very happy with the service and quality from start to finish.

We found Arctic Cabins to be very professional from the viewing stage/pre sale right through the booking and installation stages. We have nothing but absolute satisfaction from the product and service throughout. We bought the 14sqm cabin with base.

Delighted with our new Arctic BBQ Cabin. The service from the outset was excellent and friendly in offering advice and with designing the cabin to our specification. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Mark and he made some very helpful suggestions to assist us in the process. The installation team, Jamie and Ben arrived bang on time and on the agreed installation date we were offered on confirming our order. The guys were very friendly, professional and efficient and installed the cabin in a day. It was a pleasure to have them around. Overall we are delighted with the quality of the cabin and the service offered from start to finish including the design and workmanship.

Having visited the site we were excited for our delivery and build. The team who came were excellent and got the cabin built in just over a day. Handover was great, with clear instructions on what does what and how to operate and enjoy the cabin. We have since added to it and enjoyed the trials and even errors as we get more confident in our use! This is a fantastic asset to our property and everyone loves it! We couldn’t be happier with it so many thanks!

Several years ago we stumbled across a BBQ Cabin during a visit to a garden centre near Gourock on the Clyde Coast. Although interesting, the Cabin was pretty basic, and we left it at that. During the first lockdown in 2020 we found a supplier locally and, although the price was competitive, the cost of delivery was high and did not include erection. Quite by chance we found Arctic Cabins who supplied the whole package, including delivery and erection on site, for a very good price. Having placed the order, we waited in anticipation for the arrival of the Cabin, and we were not disappointed. The delivery was on time and the Cabin professionally erected in just over 5 hours by two excellent fitters. The Cabin has more than exceeded our expectations and everyone who has seen it, mostly visiting tradesmen due to Covid restrictions, are so impressed that they have asked to take a photograph. It is an excellent product being extremely well made to a high standard.

Patient, understanding and willing to work with the customer. We love our Kota, and it was installed with the minimal of fuss and mess.

Wonderful service from start to finish. My bbq cabin was erected in a few hours and I am delighted with it. It is certainly a quality product and I am the envy of all my friends!

Brilliant design and excellent build

We’re thrilled with our 7m2 cabin. It’s a fantastic place to “chill” in front of an open fire or cook a fantastic bbq meal/breakfast and we’ve just bought the gear to try pizzas. Post lockdown we’re just opening up for friends and the general response so far is.. “we want one!”. All of the people at arctic cabin have been brilliant at all times, right from ordering, through delivery & build and with advice when it’s up. Hodge End has been with us for 6 months now so it’s just a coming up for it’s first exterior re-treatment but he still looks great both inside and out.

Always looked on with envy but Arctic made it happen did exactly what we agreed when we agreed. First rate service with a smile the guys on site worked in terrible weather conditions never a glimmer of a problem with skill and a smile.

Not cheap but the quality and customer service is 2nd to none, fitted with base in a day ,no delays, ground survey done before installation to make sure all work could be completed as agreed. BBQ in all weather even arctic, loving the cabin

Absolutely love our little hobbit house. Amazing space for entertaining friends and family or just a cosy place to sit and relax. The guys who built it worked tirelessly through a rainy day and were very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend these well built, sturdy lodges without hesitation, well worth the money for many years to come.

We received a top quality product and top quality service from Arctic Cabins when we placed our order for our beautiful bbq hut. Expert advice and construction with multiple choices and top quality accessories were included. A really friendly and professional team and an extensive site which showcases all the variations of cabins which are absolutely stunning. So glad that we chose Arctic Cabins as our provider and we now have a fabulous addition to our garden which not only looks great, but is perfect for family get togethers whatever the weather or just another beautiful room to sit in and contemplate the view.

Fantastic we have had loads of bbqs, real talking point everyone wants to come around which is very strange because we didn’t have any friend before 😄lovely feature in the garden very pleased.

We love our BBQ hut! It has provided us with a lovely entertaining space and can’t wait to have more people over when restrictions are lifted. From our first visit to building the Hut, Artic Cabins have been wonderful, the hut installation took one day. Customer service always return calls on the same day and are always friendly and very helpful.

Very pleased with my cabin bar only exception is the yale lock on door keeps sticking and won't lock.only minor but you think something so easy would be better installed.I would recommend anybody to have one of these cabins though as been one of my best buys thanks Paul doncaster
