The service we recieved from Arctic Cabins was excellent from start to finish. The finished 14ft cabin is really well made and definitely a much higher quality build to others we viewed. We were kept in the loop all the way. The friendliness and professionalism, from sales to delivery to fitting was always first class and we would highly recommend.

Absolutely love our Arctic bar. We've not been in our lounge since it's been installed!! No problems installing even with a large slope. The fitters worked so hard and were so clean too. After service brilliant too as ordered the taller spark guard and very easy and quick to do. Would definitely recommend.

Great people to deal with, we bought a large BBQ cabin without the BBQ to use as a Therapy room. All parts of the purchase went smoothly and on time, the build was quicker than indicated, and the cabin now looks great outside our house, getting many good comments from all those that see it.

I would like to say a huge Thankyou to arctic cabins for their after sales care, they really do look after their customers. We bought our cabin about 2012/13 and have had a few issues to deal with. We have had a new roof and a few other minor issues. All of which haven’t been a problem for them to sort out and rectify in a timely manor. Wonderful customer care. Had a minor problem with some roof tiles lifting at the edges after 7 years and moss forming on the roof. Contacted Arctic cabins for advice, They send a special sealant by return and turned down the offer of payment as well as advising how to deal with the moss.

Absolutely amazing service. We were recommended by friends we already had a cabin 5 years ago and we were so pleased. Although there were companies local to us in Bournemouth selling Cabins the quality of the Arctic cabins was just way ahead. The instal was easy and straightforward. Pleasure to deal with. The process from advice and guidance on the cabin size and position in the garden to the lads who installed it was first class. The build quality and finish is very professional and we love the extras especially the reindeer skins. I would highly recommend Arctic Cabins.

Absolute fantastic service from Arctic Cabins from start to finish. The sales team were so accommodating with our requests and the installation guys never stopped all day and amazingly completed their build in just one day!!! We love our new Arctic Bar, amazing quality with BBQ, deer skins and ambient lighting. Has become a hit with friends, family and all the neighbours, no one has seen anything like it!!! We love entertaining in there with everyone, its a real showcase and it's an amazing space to socialise or chill.
