Fantastic, from start to finish. Coms Brill, fitting excellent, I cannot recommend this company high enough. A great experience from initial consultation, ongoing communications throughout, and final erection and fitting.

The whole process from purchase to installation was handled in a very professional manner and the finish cabin is of superb quality.

What can I say about this company apart from just FABULOUS. From the beginning of talking to the staff to the completion of the work which is exceptional they are second to none. We totally made the right decision to go with Artic Cabins cannot recommend them highly enough. The speed and professionalism the lads who came to us were superb up in no time - perfect. All who have been in ours are in awe of it. The cabin provides a warm serene place to chatter and eat in sooooo chilled.looking forward to having Christmas cheer in it.

Very good service from the beginning of the process. The office staff were extremely helpful in advice on model and delivery. The two guys who constructed the cabin in a day worked tirelessly, keeping the work area neat and tidy. We would highly recommend Artic cabins and their products to anyone.

The whole process from getting the initial information online and by phone to visiting the showsite was clear and helpful. The delivery of materials prior to building was smooth The build itself was really well organised and professionally carried out by the team of 2 who arrived on time and completed the cabin in a few hours and obviously take pride in their work. I really like the cabin and everyone who has seen it loves it. I've had a few good evenings in it so far with people aged 2 to 70+ and am looking forward to a lot more. I've been experimenting with different charcoal,logs and cooking techniques. I didn't think I'd have room for a 10m cabin but the sloping wall design makes a bigger interior space with a smaller footprint. This is a company that knows what it's doing and does it well!

From our first appointment visit to the cabin being erected it has been a pleasure to purchase our wonderful cabin. The team on site were professional thorough and polite. It was exciting watching the cabin emerge into our garden and we love it. we would definitely recommend this company for any arctic cabin purchase.

Having never been quite convinced by the thought of a 'summer house'; summer being the only week we can sit out in Yorkshire! We were on the lookout for something a bit different. A quick visit to the showroom sealed the deal and 8 weeks down the line the boys were in and the cabin up. Our 10m cabin sits perfectly against its surroundings. I think where they have nailed it is walking that fine line of keeping the cost sensible and getting the quality right. I believe they have hit the sweet spot nicely. Our Artic Cabin journey started 9yrs ago when we bought our first cabin. We were absolutely amazed how beautiful they were, with out a second thought we were lucky enough to be able to afford to buy one.. from our very first enquire visits to the showroom…the service by all was phenomenal, from browsing sales purchase fitting & after sales. We went on to build many wonderful memories…BBQ social evenings special occasions … I could go on for ever as it’s been such a wonderful journey and continues to be…. Recently looking on the website we saw the BBQ Bar Cabin … WOW when we went to view it yet again it sold its self… no pressure from the sales team. We went home advertised our Cabin and the first person that came to view it bought it as they thought it was well built maintained well. they loved it ….. it came down like a dream, the lovely family that bought it were really excited & happy. I contacted Gareth (Owner) to say I had sold our Cabin and wanted to purchase the BBQ Bar Cabin …everything went smoothly Emails / PC / timing of fitting were perfect… jack & Reece the fitters were amazing they arrived as scheduled and worked so hard even through the weather conditions were freezing cold. They were Friendly polite hard working, I must say a credit to their company which would indicate that they throughly enjoy and take pride in what they do to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied and we were … the new Cabin is phenomenal and looks amazing. I would just like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all at Artic cabin for making it happen before Christmas & your amazing and continuing service past & present . Thank you 😊

Arctic Cabins looked after us from the very moment we stepped on to their forecourt. There was no hard sell, we were left to browse the array of cabins on offer. Once we'd decided on our cabin of choice 'Artic Cabins' were helpful all the way to the cabin being delivered. The guys that erected the cabin worked tirelessly. The finished product is a fantastic addition to the property. Our friends and family love the new space and we are looking forward to winter setting in for the first time ever!
