Surpassed all expectations! We love our outdoor space but the great British weather does limit us to use it during the summer months mainly so we decided to buy a bbq cabin. After searching the web, my wife and I agreed Arctic Cabins were the company to go with. From the initial contact to installation, Arctic Cabins surpassed all our expectations. The communication from their sales, planning, installation and accounts teams were excellent throughout. We purchased the 10m cabin with all the accessories and are extremely happy. We would certainly recommend Arctic Cabins.

Excellent service..the base came and the cabin a week later. The boys turned up on time cracked on and had our cabin up just after midday. They explained how things worked and cleaned up after themselves..we had our fire going later that afternoon which was welcome on a cold wet December afternoon ..love it

Our cabin arrived on time and was erected by a team who were delightful to have around. They were tidy, polite and helpful. The cabin is great quality with good attention to detail and the company were most helpful and positive when I wanted to tweak the design. Very happy to recommend.

Fantastic service. Installation day was amazing and the fitters were professional and very speedy. My cabin was ready to use by midday. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying a cabin. They are a must buy!

Brilliant product, fantastic service! From sales to after sales Artic Cabins have been excellent. The employees who came to install it were amazing. They were on time, efficient, hard working, professional and friendly, they are a credit to the company. The Cabin is great we hope to spend many happy hours enjoying it. From the initial signing of the contract through to the erection of the cabin (10m-square) and even support after the event, communications and support from Artic Cabins has been superb. Prior to the build, I had many questions about the site and the staff were patient, welcomed my videos and answered my questions with great reassurance and confidence. The two men who erected the cabin were efficient and listened to me when I needed it positioned 'correctly' - nothing was too much of a problem. Now that we have been using the Cabin for a while we still marvel at the build quality and the finer details. We are still learning about fires indoors but have so far not managed to accidentally set anything on fire, although we have smoked ourselves out a few times with the inappropriate use of wet and weird wood. We have finally settled on decent briquettes for cooking and compressed eco logs for a lovely warming open fire. I need to insulate the little loft above the door as it causes a small draft above the door and is a potential bird nesting paradise. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and extremely happy with the decent service we received from every single employee we have been in touch with at Artic Cabins. We highly recommend them and their product.

Wow, what an addition to our garden. Great quality cabin and very well installed. Delivered and installed exactly on time and the two guys came and went without making any mess. A couple of issues we had were sorted within a day. If you're looking for something different in your garden then I'd definitely recommend looking at an Arctic Cabin.

Very pleased with cabin . Fitters turned up at 7am prompt on arranged day and assembled arctic hut and were completed by early afternoon . All workings explained and both fitters polite and friendly . Now busy decorating ready for Christmas . Many thanks to all the team at Arctic Cabins .

Excellent service from start to finish, so pleased with our cabin. Well made, good quality, would very highly recommend. Everything arrived when stated and was fitted professionally and everywhere tidied up after, all rubbish taken away. Just one small niggle, the guys who fitted it were great and did a good job however it did seem a bit daft to start work in the dark and then finish at lunchtime. Overall brilliant product from a brilliant company. You can buy a similar product but I would recommend buying from Arctic Cabins.

Artic Cabins were amazing from start to finish. Very professional, the team were here on time to fit it, they were incredibly helpful and efficient. We had the 17m² BBQ hut with an extension, it was up in a day and a half! The hut itself is fantastic we spend most evenings on it now and can't imagine not having one... I would highly recommend Artic Cabins
