We spent a good few months looking at different Huts before deciding on Arctic Cabins mainly we thought the build was better, our only issue to resolve was what size. We would thoroughly recommend a trip to their show site in Nottingham so you can get a proper feel to the size that suits and we are so glad we did as this confirmed to us that the 14 Sq m was perfect for us. The Staff on site are really helpful and ready to answer any questions. We found the whole process from Order to completion went really smoothly with being kept informed at each stage. The Install team of Jack & Reece worked hard getting the base and the hut up in one long day for them but they worked really well together and are a great asset to you. Once complete everything was explained to us and we were ready to go. The fire was lit within an hour of the guys leaving us so a lovely warm evening in our new Cabin. We are really pleased with our decision to purchase & Looking forward to many years of enjoying our new Cabin, thank you Arctic Cabins. Mr & Mrs Gardiner, Bristol.

Unfortunately Arctic Cabins don't retrofit cabins, so make sure you check out all of the options first.

I ordered my BBQ cabin from Arctic Cabins after seeing my brothers. It is a fantastic little cabin, and fits well in my garden. The Arctic Cabin team were always very helpful, and the guys that came to erect the cabin arrived early, the cabin went up very quickly, looked fabulous, and they tidied up before they left, having explained everything about the Cabin to my son. All in all a very impressive service and I would definitely recommend to friends. We are now loving spending time in our cabin, though we have yet to BBQ in it.

Excellent service from start to finish. From talking through to me the process, what was included,to booking my installation date . I was kept in the loop at all times. On the day of installation the fitters arrived at the time that was confirmed ,very smooth installation ,the guys knew exactly what they were doing very professional very tidy left no mess . Once they had finished they took the time to run through with me how everything works . I'm so pleased with my Arctic bbq cabin that I have used it every day since installation. I can't thank Arctic cabins enough . I highly recommend them.

The Team arrived aprox 7.30 am and systematically unloaded and assembled our cabin. Travelling from Nottingham to Northumberland, they had lost some of the load in high winds on the motorway.Realising what was missing they were able to call back to base and have replacements sent in another vehicle so not to delay the build. The two lads assembling our cabin worked well together each knowing exactly what was the next bit for assembly. They completed the build by 2.00 pm. The glass pane in the door was cracked prior to installation and a replacement ordered and fitted a week later. We are very pleased with our cabin and the sevice provided.

Our experience with Arctic Cabins was a delight. The guys were friendly and efficient. No issues, no fuss. The cabin is brilliant, although due to weather conditions, it is not in use as yet. Just amazing, it's the talking point with our friends and neighbours! The folk at Arctic Cabins were brilliant to deal with. We had WhatsApp video calls as we lived too far from the show room to visit. This helped work out what size cabin was right for us. The installation team worked so hard and involved us in final decisions on where to place our hut. The quality and finish are amazing and we've had some great evenings so far and can't wait for warmer weather to camp out over night. Roll on the summer.

From enquiry to installation was great. Any questions I had were answered. I always received updates from the office regarding the installation process. The 2 guys who installed the cabin did it on record speed and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the cabin and would recommend Arctic Cabins 100%.

This is a beautiful cabin and I would recommend anyone to purchase one. However, I was not told until after installation that I would have to stain or treat the interior myself or that there is no gauze fitted on the air vent underneath, I was advised by the fitter to install such a gauze myself to prevent rats etc. getting in ! I am 83 years old and expected for the price that all this would have been part of the deal, not to have to finish the project myself ! The antler door handle broke the first time I opened the door - a new one was delivered to me straight away but again I had to fit that myself. The brochure showed that it would include barbecue utensils, however it did not and when I called them about this they just said they couldn't get any and the new brochure won't show them, but offered no alternative or recompense. The company were very helpful making sure the area in my garden was suitable but I feel there should have been more explanation regarding the finished product and a little more aftersales service would have been more appropriate considering the price I paid for their product.

Just had the 7m2 Arctic cabin installed. Very happy with the whole process from initial order to installation. Initial contact was a made with a video call with the sales team who kindly showed us around one of the cabins and answered all our questions. Lead time was around 8 weeks, which was alot faster than a rival company we looked at, which was 9 months! Installation was by Jamie and Ben who took barely 5-6hrs to completely build the whole cabin. The standard of the finish is excellent and we look forward to using the hut as soon as possible! From our first contact with Artic Cabins we were impressed with the customer service and non-pushy sales approach. The cabins are amazing and sell themselves, after our first visit to the show site we knew we wanted an artic bar. We took our time to decide if it was the right purchase & if it would work in our garden and when we asked for further information we got it, no pressure to buy. Cliff’s help & advice throughout was excellent. We purchased our artic bar in August and had it installed in November, the installation team were brilliant. The quality of the cabin is excellent and cannot fault anything. To date we’ve used the cabin many times, winter bbq’s, drinks with friends, Christmas Day & New Years Eve fun. Our best decision ever to invest in an artic bar!

Our experience with Arctic cabins was first class. From the point of order to intallation the service was excellent. We are thoroughly enjoying the finished cabin. Absolutely love it.

We had our 14m2 Arctic Cabin installed in time for bonfire night 2021. Our AC installers Jamie & Ben were so efficient and worked so well together they managed to install the cabin within the day. They arrived bright and early and didn’t stop until it was finished. They were a great team and provided me with all of the information I needed to get started. We’ve been using our cabin over the festive period and have had some wonderful times in there with our friends and family. Its been interesting and fun learning to cook on an open fire and we're getting better all of the time and cooked a ‘restaurant perfect’ Tomahawk steak for our Christmas lunch. We needed planning permission because of the location of our cabin but we didn’t have any problems getting approval, providing we used approved fuel due to us living in a smoke free zone. This is no problem as the DEFRA approved fuels are readily available and we really enjoy our smoke free fires most weekends. We love our cabin. It is a great addition to our home and offers us so many social options. It looks so beautiful in the garden and due to its shape has a much smaller footprint than inside space. Our Arctic Cabin has improved our lifestyle, we have had some lovely times in there and I have no doubt will continue to do so for many years to come. Thank you Arctic Cabins!

I would like to give my sincere thanks to the two fitters that installed my cabin Jack and Reece. From the very start of the day they were very respectful to both me and my wife. I had a phone call the day before and they were punctual on the day of the installation as promised. I was very impressed with their work ethic as they truly never stopped throughout the day. I found their attention to detail was excellent, from ensuring that the base was secure and level to every detail of the finished cabin. From the base to the finished cabin they took consideration to our individual requirements. As a team they work excellently together, both knowing what the other was doing. I have had many a workman at my address over the years and it is refreshing to see two people work well together, who enjoy their work and genuinely want to please the customer. I just feel that it is important to give credit where it is due, and it is certainly due in this case. Both Jack and Reece are an asset to your company.
