From the first contact following our initial enquiry, to the sales and installation teams we cannot find fault with anything. They kept us up to date with every step of the process, times of delivery etc. We opted for the Arctic bar, the end product is top quality and stunning. Found the process from start to finish seamless. Delivered what was offered, on time and no hidden extras. From initial order was always kept informed of timing and when any questions were asked, reply was received within minutes. Team at site were tidy and friendly and knowledgeable on all matters. Very efficient and friendly service throughout the process. The cabin was installed really quickly by two men who worked consistently and professionally while on the premises. They made sure everything was correct and that we understood how to use and look after the cabin. Very impressed with their work ethic.

From start to finish the process was seamless! We fell in love with the cabin at a show we visited but it's a big purchase so we ummed and arred! Anne-Marie was brilliant, she talked us through everything and took a deposit but said if we changed our mind to get in touch by the end of that day and she'd cancel it for us. We of course went for it, the cabins are stunning! We opted for the Artic Bar and couldn't be happier with our choice. The guys who built it, did it in a day! They were fantastic! We have already used it a few times with friends and it's only been a couple of weeks. Lots more memories to be made in this dreamy hut to come! LOVE IT!!!!

Cabin is amazing. High quality cabin and lots of really lovely accessories to make it cosy. Installation process was professional and painless - and completed in the snow!

Arctic Cabins were wonderful and delivered in every aspect. We started with a friendly and informative sales meeting and followed up with an order the next day. The level of professionalism and response to all of the questions that we had were top notch and the team kept us fully informed during the time leading up to delivery. On the day in question, the building crew, two super nice chaps Jack and Reece (and Derek) arrived bang on time and finished our job the same day. The attention to detail is very impressive and they clearly take a pride in their work - it shows not only in their attitude but to the final finish.Everyone from sales through to final payment were super nice and polite and helpful. Absolutely love our new cabin....wish we had bought one years before...makes such a lovely atmosphere and great entertaining space ..I reckon what makes it so cosy and authentic....is the reindeer skins. The whole journey from 1st email enquiry right through to the delivery and fitting was tracery high standard and no pushy sales people. Excellent service

Researched for the best / value BBQ hut and decided on Arctic Cabins. Delivered and installed a week earlier than expected, which was pleasing. Installed by Jack and Reece. Nice respectful guys who did it great job in 6 hours. Good communication throughout process. Balance paid on delivery which I thought was good practice. Now just getting to grips with the hut 🛖. Pleased with product and would recommend.
