Excellent service from start to finish. All went to plan with installation on the dates first given. The guys doing the installation were professional, polite, good humoured and hard working and made absolutely sure we were happy before they left. Good instructions given on use and safety of the central BBQ. Had the first family gathering since covid and they were all bowled over with our Artic Cabin. Hubby has made it his own (until fairy lights & tree goes up at Christmas lol) and we have been in it every day since. Will post pics once the garden is finished. Can't praise this company highly enough and more than happy to recommend. Yes it's a considerable purchase but we now have a garden we can use all year round no matter what the weather and looking forward to using the BBQ bit as a log burner for cosy days and evenings when the wind and rain are doing their thing outside.

The service from the team was amazing from first enquiry, sending whatsapp videos, in person visit, ordering and delivery/installation. Everything was exactly as planned, the team (who were amazing) showed up on time at 7:30 and were done and dusted by 1:30. They took time to show us the cabin and give hints about how to get the best out of it. Really can't fault the service or the team!

The gentleman who delivered the base materials was on time and was very efficient. He put all the materials on site and was very polite and helpful. The two gentlemen who built our Artic Cabin were excellent. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard all day and I was very impressed with with their skill and professionalism. They erected the cabin in one day without taking a break even though it was an extremely hot day. I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend Artic Cabins. I am sure that myself and my family will experience many hours of please using our Artic Cabin. Thank you to all for your help with our purchase.

I have had to update this review... with a warning. DO NOT reply on any planning advice given by the Arctic Cabins sales team. The 7m2 BBQ cabin only falls under Permitted Development rights if it is located over 2m away from your boundary... how many people have one in the middle of the garden?! Putting it in a corner of the garden - as must be very common - does require planning permission. I am now getting enforcement action from my local council & have to hope retrospective permission will be granted. (The salesman even put on the site survey "put it as far back as possible" - so he knew full well it would be under 2m from the boundary). Other than the above... read-on for what I thought of Arctic Cabins before the local council got involved... Have just had a "baby" [their smallest one] 7m2 BBQ cabin installed. The process from start to finish was faultless. As soon as I saw the BBQ cabin at the show-site I knew it was a "yes" for me. There was no hassle / heavy sales patter either - they let the cabins sell themselves - and they do! The salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful & answered all my queries and did a site survey a few days later. Debbie & Nikki on the admin side kept me well informed on the progress of the order / installation date. You get a courtesy call too from the driver / installer the day before they want to drop any materials off. Fast forward two months... the BBQ cabin is now in my back garden. Reece & his two colleagues on the installation team are a credit to Arctic Cabins. They were on-time, polite, tidy & left my garden just as tidy as when they arrived, but with one major addition. There are a couple of extremely minor snags that I noticed the evening after installation & reported by email to Arctic Cabins. They were on the phone before 9am the next day wanting to come round and put things right that day. Due to my work commitments, this won't be possible until next week - but it shows you how fast they respond to even very minor issues. The title of the review says it all... Arctic Cabins are an excellent company to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. More than a few friends & relatives are asking where I got the cabin from... it's a bit of a talking point when they see it in the garden & say "what [words of your choice] is that?"!

Last week, we had our Arctic bar fitted , having waited about two months, we were very excited when the most lovely fitters, Jack and Reece turned up promptly at 7am. I wanted to make sure that the Cabin was put exactly in the right place, and they were both very patient whilst we took our homemade base cut out and positioned it. It was completed over two days and the guys worked so hard and clearly needed copious cups of tea and bacon sandwiches to sustain them. Oh with afternoon donuts. They needed the Sugar!, the whole experience was great, but to be honest this is the second unit we have taken from this company the first a garden room, which we turned into a gym and now this arctic cabin. Simon Lees in the sales office always very helpful, from the tiniest of points trying to ensure everything was perfect. We have now had our first BBQ in our cabin and it is just fab and the weather doesn’t matter.. No more trying to plan a family gathering with Plan B if it rains. Who cares!! So Thankyou Arctic Cabins and all your lovely staff…

This has to be one of the best buying experiences ever!! It has been a smooth process from my initial enquiry through to installation last week . Nothing has been too much for the team . Simon in sales talked me through the process, sent me videos from the show site and was not pushy. After placing the order he explained what would happen next and who would contact me when. Nikkii and Debbie then took over every thing they said happened ! The week before installation the base material was delivered by Derek , he called me the day before to tell me the time he would arrive - and he was. Very polite and credit to the company his parting words were " Enjoy your cabin Dean!" Installation day arrived the A team of Todd , Adam1 and Adam2 arrived at the stated time. They did not stop, hardworking polite, quiet and very tidy. They explained about the bbq and gave me some great ideas about the cabin. This is a first class organisation with fantastic customer focus and wow what a product. Cant wait to start using my BBQ / Bar. Well done team you should be really proud of what you have created.

Absolutely love the cabin. It’s going to make a great dining room, even in the wintertime as we’re going to have a log burner installed in there.

Can’t fault artic cabins from start to finish, kept informed every step. I travelled to their show site, where I was shown around no pressure, nice relaxed experience well worth a visit if considering purchasing a new cabin
