Since moving into our house we wanted a cabin but was unsure which size. After some serious thinking David helped measure and and helped us visualize where it could go. Took the plunge on a 10m2 cabin. Fitted this week by Todd and Jack in serious heat. Hopefully the ice creams and flow of cold drinks helped them. Great job and look forward to now using the Cabin. Having an artic cabin had always been a bit of a dream, so when we decided to make that dream a reality, it was difficult to know where to start. We visited the show site a several times and were greeted with helpful and not even slightly pushy sales staff. We also visited the sites of other brands. Arctic Cabins were not the cheapest and we were seriously tempted by the sometimes considerable savings on offer, but once we started to look into the package of exactly what we got we realised that Arctic Cabins offered the best quality and service. Decision made and deposit paid, we waited for the delivery date. It was pure pleasure to watch the cabin being built. They were quick, neat and polite. After sales have been great. My questions have been dealt with at the same speed and attention as before the purchase. The whole sales experience has been perfect, we were treated in a way I had forgotten existed, like they cared and we mattered. We love our new oasis of calm and could not be happier with our purchase. You only live life once...go for it, you won't regret it 😊

The whole experience was great and especially the guys who erected it. Tod never stopped or complained even after Mabel the Labrador nicked his pasty out of the van. Will post some pictures once the area around is complete. Hugo, the other Labrador, did like the look of the reindeer handle as a snack whilst Rupert, the Clumber spaniel is eying up the reindeer hides for a quick forty weeks!

The team delivered and installed our Arctic bar on the hottest two days of the year, very professional and polite and meticulously cleaned up after themselves we really couldn’t have asked for more

From the first enquiry and meeting Simon at the show rooms in Nottingham, there was no pressure to buy all very relaxed and answered any queries we had. The stores were delivered by a lovely guy called Derek who was prompt and very efficient,he’s an excellent ambassador for your company.Our cabin was installed by Reece and Adam.They were absolutely amazing. So professional and meticulous in their role installing our cabin. They were passionate about their work as we were excited for the installation , they demonstrated the operation of the fire/barbecue once install was completed.It goes without saying we love love love our cabin and would recommend your company to anyone who is keen on being an owner of one of these amazing cabins , Thank you to all at Artic cabins.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. We are thrilled with our cabin and it looks amazing in our garden. We are looking forward to enjoying it all year round. The installation was stress and mess free and we were given information about how to use and maintain it. I would highly recommend.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Arctic Cabins, George at Beaulieu who sold the idea of a sloping side 10 square metre BBQ Arctic Cabin. Nikki main point of contact and the accounts team for keeping me updated in progress as we neared the fit date, the pre base delivery materials driver (sorry I forgot his name), and of course both Jamie and Ben who to my amazement (and the 30C heat) arrived on time and in five hours handed over a built Cabin. The two of them team work ethic was a delight to watch from my home office and as slick as any F1 pitstop team. The service level and attention to detail plus keeping the customer front and center is a model that many larger companies fail in and can learn from. The service was exceptional and my family and I are delighted with the finished end result. The Cabin has exceeded our expectation on delivery and build plus the wonderful accessories package means we are up and running with visitors and neighbours having a severe bout of 'Cabin Envy'. I know we will have many years of happy times with family and friends in this wonderful social hub asset which turned the dead zone of the garden in to the go to spot. Can I wish you every success as you have a great customer focused business. Thanks to all at Arctic Cabins for a fantastic experience and a great value product, well done all.

The ability to view the full range of cabins locally (Nottingham) and have access to helpful, knowledgeable and relaxed staff, with no pressure selling (at all) made my decision making comfortable and straightforward. The product is of high quality, fully spec’d and the prefabricated elements equally well manufactured, protectively packaged and delivered on time. The cabin was constructed rapidly and professionally by the very personable team of Jamie and Ben. Advance materials arrived as promised. I experienced friendliness and communication with all concerned and all concerned we’re helpful, clear and proactive. The owners guide and access to other owners via Facebook is also a great after sales benefit and I look forward to gaining insights and sharing experiences over time. As one of my neighbours has remarked, the cabin is “Quite The Statement”. I look forward to enjoying it, in full.

The installers and materials arrived as arranged, the installers worked as a team and completed installation just after lunch, they then spent time talking me through how it all worked and how best to maintain it, very helpful.

Saw the Arctic cabins at a game fair 4 years ago and have been hankering after one ever since, this year was a special birthday so treated myself, what a fantastic company to deal with cabin arrived when they said it would, was built by two amazing guys who knew all about maintenance and how to get the best out of the cabin and everyone who has seen it thinks it's amazing. I love it, not just for eating in its my own quiet place .

Wow. I was already impressed by AC’s customer service in ordering and arranging our installation. Then the fitters arrived and it was truly impressive to see our new cabin take shape. We had a significant gradient which they dealt with effortlessly, and starting at 7.00, everything was finished and they were back in the road at 1pm! As an exercise in teamwork it was a fantastic example. Now we have our fab cabin up and running, and looking forward to spending many happy hours in it!

We're now proud owners of a 10m2 cabin which services as my garden office and writing space (I'm a busy author and with a noisy house, have needed a quiet space to write in for years). What an amazing product, I saw one at a customers house 5 years ago and always wanted one but our garden wasn’t big enough. We recently moved house and now have a massive garden! Everyone who sees it loves it, the quality of the workmanship and product is excellent, the sales staff and ladies I dealt with in the office were great. No hard sell, just advice. Highly recommend.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end the telephone team, finance team, delivery of base materials and cabin installation! All friendly, helpful and very customer friendly! Looking forward to many social gatherings over the summer and beyond! Love all the complimentary accessories the only additional item that would be nice to maybe add would be some kind of authentic hook for the door to enable it to stay open when needed? But otherwise fantastic 😃
