Love love love Artic Cabins are a fantastic company from start to finish ....only issue was glad we went to view as one previously ordered was probably the size of our garden but was dealt with and we now have a beautiful cabin with bar which is the envy of everyone

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Credit where credit is due; from initial enquiry to installation I have been impressed with all the staff that have dealt with the Arctic Cabin purchased. We went for the 10M2 cabin ; the help and information given was second to none ; the communication through the whole purchase was fantastic. Annemarie helped all the way through with my abundance of questions ; The delivery boys Adam & Rees arrived on the day as planned and at the time arranged & worked like Trojan’s. The Cabin is such a quality product & we’ve had BBQs since nearly every night since. We’ve even stayed one night in our sleeping bags to see how comfortable it was for the kids to have glamping nights & it really is just perfect. I have to say a big thank you to all involved as I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase & couldn’t recommend Arctic Cabins highly enough as a well run high quality outfit all round.

We wanted to buy an Arctic Cabin for several years and we're so glad that we've finally got one. We've got the 10M² Arctic Bar. It sits proudly at the bottom of the garden and we're over the moon with it. It's early days, but we know we're going to have lots of fun times socialising with family and friends. We would recommend Arctic Cabins as a Company to anyone considering buying a cabin. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, professional and helpful - George at the Show Site, the staff in the office and Jamie and Ben who fitted the cabin. They worked so efficiently and the cabin was up in less than a day. If you're thinking of buying a cabin, what are you waiting for??

Really easy buying process assisted with videos owing to the fact I couldn’t visit the sales site as it was just too far away. Communication from the company was great, delivery guy with first delivery was great and the 2 installation men were fantastic!

We purchased our cabin at the New Forest Show. Everything we were promised would happen, did. The office kept in touch with us to keep us informed of the progress of our order and our cabin ended up being delivered a day earlier than we were originally told to expect it. Two very pleasant guys built the cabin in a day and gave us a good explanation of how to look after the cabin and how to light the fire. The Arctic cabin looks great in our garden is warm and cozy inside. I’ve had great fun purchasing cushions and throws and sheep skins to compliment the interior. I’ve christened it The Hobbit House, much to the grandchildren’s delight.

We have had the cabin now for just over 2 weeks and are delighted with our new home, we had the 14m with porch and a 3 meter extension so we could add a double bed. Fitted electrics ,tv and a small radiator to help with the cold nights. The guys were great, well mannered and very hard workers. Good job all round.

Fabulous service from start to finish. The team of two arrived at 7am and all done by 1.30pm took way all rubbish left us with a fantastic BBQ cabin. Would definitely recommend getting one.

We are absolutely over the moon with our 10m Arctic Bar. We first visited the Arctic Cabin showground at the end of July and met David Coveney who gave us lots of information in a non-pushy, friendly and professional manner. Within a matter of days, David came and did a site survey of our garden. He was always very quick to answer any queries we had and give us advice. The installation team Adam and Reece arrived early on 8 September and by lunchtime the next day, they'd finished. They took time to sit with us and show us how everything worked. David, Adam and Reece are all a credit to the company and a delight to deal with. The quality of the cabin is superb. It really will be a very useful extension to our house and we can't wait to spend some cosy winter nights in it! Thanks to everyone at Arctic Cabins.

Brilliant experience. Did not have one problem from visiting the show site. To having my cabin installed. Two lads Adam and Reece worked hard and were very professional. Also we had lot of fun over the two days. I can’t stop smiling. Thankyou. Richard

Really please with cabin great service and well built

Complete process very straightforward. Everyone involved was helpful and friendly. Cabin itself is brilliant - has everything you need to have fantastic get togethers with friends and family throughout the year.

Great from start to finish! George is sales was super helpful, Adam and Reece on site were great, even offered to build a ramp into the cabin for our disabled daughter. Great updates from the office team. Delivered quicker than expected too!

We are extremely pleased with our wonderful arctic cabin and the services we have received throughout. There was no pressure to but at any stage and we felt very at ease and informed throughout the whole process. The two gentlemen that fitted our cabin were so professional and really informative when it was completed and went through everything to ensure we knew how our cabin works and how to look after it.

We are really pleased with our new Arctic Cabin. The lads erected it in soaring temperatures but never once complained our stopped work. They did a great job so much so that we are both looking forward to the winter.

Our barbecue cabin is amazing and Ben and Jamie were great. They arrived promptly, first thing in the morning and had it built by 2pm, even though it was 37 degrees! They were friendly and informative, giving us tips on treatment of the wood and use of the grill. 10/10 for the structure and the service!

The Arctic Cabins install team - Jamie and Ben - were a fabulous demonstration of two people working in harmony to achieve, what at first appeared to be a significant amount of work, at lightning speed ! The complete job took a little over four hours - including postrcreting in the foundations - and tidying up once finished. What’s more, in observing their efforts I am confident every aspect benefitted from the sort of professionalism that only extensive experience can bring. I am a very happy customer and can only assure anyone that could be worried about the on-site works that everything went more smoothly than I could have wished.
