The entire experience has been great from the initial enquiry to the built product. I have still to get the armoured power cable fixed but that is happening this weekend. In the meantime we have had three outings, all with guests or family, eaten each time, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere the cabin creates is wonderful, cosy and delightful. I would highly recommend an Artic Cabin with bar extension to anyone who has the garden space.

A great experience dealing with Artic cabins from our show day meeting Ann Marie to erection from Todd and Jordan and not forgetting Derek who delivered our base. All where professional and friendly. After our first ordering a 10 sqm then realising we could go bigger our 14 sq meter cabin looks amazing and was all dealt with over the phone quick and hassle free. If anybody out there is looking to enhance there garden would highly recommend this professional and friendly team.

From start to finish the customer service and relations were outstanding. Ordering was easy and the build was tidy and well-organised leaving no mess.

We’ve had our cabin for a couple of weeks. We went for the smallest one which is plenty big enough for a small family but it was worth travelling to the showsite otherwise we would have gone for something bigger which would have been too cavernous for our needs. The whole team were so helpful from start to finish. On the day of delivery, the guys turned up at 7.40am, just as it was getting light and were done by lunchtime. They did a brilliant job and were so polite and friendly. The cabin itself is fantastic and we are so happy we made the purchase. We would highly recommend Arctic Cabins.

We went to the showroom at Nottingham and met George who showed us around the cabins and made us a welcome cup of coffee. There was no pressure and we were left to wander at our leisure. We decided on the 10 square metre bbq cabin. From the base being delivered to the cabin being installed everything went according to plan and the dates and times we were given. We couldn't be more pleased with our cabin and everything is brilliant quality. Our family came on a rainy Sunday and they all loved it too, it's a really lovely place to entertain and the cushions, lighting and skins make it so cosy. Thank you to all the team

We visited Arctic Cabins showroom and was impressed by the whole layout. David gave us all the information that we needed and left us to walk round to view everything without any pressure at all. A site visit followed to asses the area for the installation and every question that we asked was answered straight away. The installation team was very proffesional and polite. The weather was atrocious, and the two very approachable young men from the company worked through it, completing construction within a day. Adding all the very thoughtful bits and pieces the following morning, once they had dried out, they left. A really great effort both.
