Excellent service, no pushy sales team, straight forward replies to questions and a fantastic installation team who were very quick and tidy. We had the 10 mtr it's like a tardis the room inside is far larger than it looks from outside. The cabin looks stylish and is a great addition to our well used garden. I would defiantly recommend Artic Cabins, an honest and friendly business to do business with.

Arctic Cabins are amazing, the team are incredibly helpful in providing any information you need, once we had decided to go ahead and order we had the cabin in our garden within a few weeks. We were kept fully informed of the delivery and installation process. On the day the team arrived dead on schedule and within a few hours we had our beautiful cabin. After varnishing the floor and central trays we were good to go and have used it so much since. We love shutting ourselves away with a roaring fire, and it feels like we are on holiday. Can't wait to continue to use and to hold many family get togethers in the summer when we are sure that the three sleeping benches will also get lots of use. We opted for the 10m cabin and its really spacious. Would highly recommend Arctic Cabins who we cannot fault.

Great product, excellent team, professional service. There are so many things we are happy with. Firstly, the gentleman who dropped off the base was punctual, polite and professional. Checking with us where we wanted the delivery to go. Your installing team Adam and Reece were fantastic. They arrived on time and even though the plans they had, had not been updated to what we had agreed with the office, they smiled, said "no problem" and changed it to what we'd agreed. They were polite, friendly, punctual, and took care with great attention to detail. They made sure everything was tidied up and checked we were happy before they left. What a wonderful experience, they're a real asset to your company. We are so happy with the service that Arctic Cabins has provided us. From the first contact with Anne Marie, contact with the office (Nikki and Debbie), through to all the members of the installation team. We love our Arctic Cabin (and so do our friends). I purchased an arctic cabin from these guys just over 10 years ago but had reason to call upon their C Care team around 4 years ago and just recently. Never have I experienced such a great company that value their customers. I have recently recommended them to a friend and previously where they have gained further sales. This is exactly why after Care is mire important than the initial sale. My arctic cabin is still a wonderful space where many family and friends have gathered for years and enjoy it immensely. We would have no hesitation is buying another should we ever move. Big shout out to Gareth for previous years of help and the product and most recently Rob for spending the time to personally visit us regarding concerns and Nikki for her help. Well done. 2 months ago we had never even heard of a BBQ Cabin. Now we own one!! Saw an advert pop up on Facebook and for once it wasn't annoying. Quick road trip to Nottingham to the show site and our order was placed within days. Super impressed with everything about Arctic Cabins. The quality and attention to detail of the cabin and fittings are amazing. Every member of staff we have had contact with has been brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable but above all friendly. Top marks to David, Nikki, Derek, Reece and Adam. All absolute stars. A super simple order process and we even had installation a day early. Absolutely love our cabin and will be spending a lot of time in it. Life is simply too short to not do things like this. Thank you Arctic Cabins!

From start to finish great friendly professional service Guys arrived on time on a freezing cold morning worked non stop . We are very happy with our cabin .

We fell in love with the cabin at the grand designs show, so we’d pretty much made our mind up we would get one. We went to visit the show site and decided there and then!! The installation date was set and when they came to install it the whole process was smooth! They were such great guys, couldn’t fault them! We absolutely love our cabin and spend lots of time in there!! Thankyou!!

Just in time for Christmas. A joyous experience. Friendly staff who can answer all questions about the product. They have sent extra information when requested for setting up the site. The builders were extremely polite and worked hard and into the dark despite the icy cold weather. The end result is stunning and our neighbours love to see it as much as we do. Merry Christmas to you all.

Just brilliant from start to finish

Company was on the ball with everything, great comms and always sent over information in a timely manner and what actions were required and when by. Everything happened exactly as they said, right through to installation and completion. So refreshing to deal with people that know exactly what they’re doing - never had to chase a single thing! Perfect.

Our cabin with arctic cabins is fabulous went down Nottingham to see there cabins and was not disappointed there was plenty to see and different sizes something for everyone, we purchased our cabin and it’s fantastic the lads that came to put it up was great very efficient and clean told us all we need to now about it and demos we are loving it
