The best experience I have ever had with the purchase of a home improvement! Besides that, I love my tub!

The tub is fabulous. We love it. The entrance, the jets , the whirlpool, everything. I just wish there was a specific On-Off Button, so someone near the control mechanisms doesn't accidentally turn the tub functions on. E.G. a cleaning staff, a small child visiting. It is so accessible on the outer side of the tub.

This Walk In Tub performs in every way as advertised and better. It will be a real blessing and enhanced safety for the rest of our lives. We consider it to be a very effective life insurance policy against falls when getting in and out of the bath. Also it is the most relaxing time of the day for us.

We've enjoyed our walk-in tub ever since it's installation. We enjoy the aroma therapy, the spa, and the relaxation the jets give us. My wife has had back surgery and metal rods in her back. I've got Avascular neucrosis of the bones in both hips I've had titanium metal hip replacements of both hips. So this walk-in tub has been a Godsend to us!
Excellent installation, the walk in feature is a delight. Quick drain is very efficient. I love the jets n massage. I wish I had the room to get the next size available, for extra leg room, but very happy with my choice. I have fibromyalgia, osteo arthritis, knee replacements and back issues. The relief i get from the jet air n water massage is wonderful. Highly recommend.
After installation, there were a couple of problems which were handled as soon as possible. Excellent service.

My walk in bath has exceeded my expectations. I had taken showers for so many years I can't remember the last bath I had. It was just too difficult to get in and out of a standard tub. Add to that the therapeutic advantages and the safety features, it will help keep me in my home as I move into my 80's.
I would recommend this Co to any one, It's a beautiful thing to walk in after your 60's.
