Excellent Product installed by an excellent crew..........Only shortcoming was the intolerable wait (over one month) to finally get the thing installed...... Also, we had to install a new water heater (the old one just could not provide the water we needed.........All and all, a good experience......Highly recommended for older folks!!!

Excellent install...looks beautiful. Since there is no show room to try it dry it is basically a blind purchase of thousands of dollars. Bizarre but I, among lots of others make that blind purchase. Surprises: the drain mechanism is very poorly designed. The seat is about 3" too high for me to get a good immersion. The seat is too straight up...wish there were a few more degrees of recline. The manual says hot air heats the water through the air bubbles. The water jets heat the water with an inline heater. Power drain is excellent. Nice hardware. Like the colored lights and fragrance option. I added a suction cup hand bar for an additional element to hang on to.

I know I was told that the installers do not paint, but for 19K I should not have to do anything. They did great work!!! Very professional!! Thanks...Dennis Watson

I am pleased with the walk in shower, although it is a bit slippery when wet. The installers did a very nice job except for the fact that they chipped my toilet tank and heat vent on the floor near the install. They did not mention that to me and I did not notice it until they were already going out of my driveway.

Even though I am pleased with the Step Through, it took over a month to get it installed. I almost cancelled the order.

We are very satisfied with our new walk-in tub. The process was very easy and efficient from beginning to end. The installation crew was top notch and made sure everything was done perfectly!

We have had our tub for just little over a month and we love it. We love that we can take our shower in the morning before work, and really enjoy the tub the jets the calming lights the nice aroma beads. Easy to clean. But definitely need a 50gal hot water heater, a 40gal the hot water ran out before the tub is full.

I replaced a very nice jetted American Standard tub with this new walk-in tub after breaking & replacing my right hip. The installation team was excellent, I am quite satisfied with the work they did, and they were done in less than 2 days. The tub is functioning very well, meets my expectations. Very satisfied with this decision

The walk-in tub has been very useful for my Mom (83) and her arthritis. It has provided her with better mobility and less stiffness in her joints. She feels safer getting in and out of the tub compared to the regular tub she had before. The tub has given me many stress-free soaks and helped with my arthritis as well by reducing the pain and stiffness I have dealt with in the past.

Both the walk-in spa and the bidet toilet were installed in less than a day with no interruption in our household daily activities. We were give instructions on the use of the products and we have used them continuously since the installation. Thank you very much for your efforts.

they covered the floor all the way to the bathroom. then they brought in the bathtub and went to work explaining what they were doing and even ask us to check on their work any time we wanted to. after the several days when they were finished, they explained how to use the tub and all the things we needed to know. They were very nice and explained things well.

Was told my 40 gallon hot water tank would be enough. Tub holds 80 gallons (didn't know that). In the dead of winter up north need about 60 gallons. I went with an On Demand Water Heater to make sure I'd have enough. Otherwise love the tub.

50 gallon water tank is not enough around Chicago. 75 gal barely does it. Terrible installation crew nailed pocket door closed and left much wall damage. Air jets in the foot area don't work unless air is at highest setting. Some jet turn off no instructions to turn them on. Worst decision I ever made. $22,000 down the drain 4/27 still waiting for a return call. Think carefully before you get one. 5/7/21 they turnned on the hydro jets and told me the air bubbler are not really going to work in the foot well... Be careful about the sales pitch. I clearly misunderstood the tubs performance.

The seal on the door is loose and when the water level reaches the door the tub leaks. I reported it on 3/10/21, and today is 4/5/21 and it has not been repaired. When I questioned as to why the explanation is the repairpersons are busy in the northeast area and overburdened, and of course, there's the pandemic which causes delays also. Okay, please help us as soon as possible. We still can't bath in our walk-in tub.
