The three men were very courteous, very professional and hardworking. They verified with us how we wanted something whenever they had a question. The installation took the two days we were told it would take and we are very happy with the outcome!

drain knob fell off but you sent me a knew one and its working great. the in line heater doesnt keep the water warm enough for me, dont see any way to adjust the heat. the tub is working great.

WE GOT OUR WALKIN TUB.aND THE INSTALLERS DID A EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING IT VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.wERE REAL HAPPY WITH THE TUB.aND THE SALES MAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND UNDERSTANDING.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish! Time frame was followed...installer, Dennis V., was courteous, pleasant and very good at what he does! The tub is working exactly as promised and is being used a lot! We would recommend to others!

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales representative was low pressure and professional. The installers were seasoned professionals, neat and finished in 2 days. They took the time to explain everything. Before they left they cleaned everything including washing the floors. I was very impressed. The equipment functions flawlessly and well worth the invest.

I love, love, love, our new tub. The 2 men that installed it were friendly and efficient, getting it done in one day. It is so relaxing to feel that warm water streaming over my tired muscles. Now my handicapped wife can get in and out easily without assistance. Money well spent!

Did not secure shower door bottom guides. Notified AS BUT NO Response from installer. I repaired and I’m disabled. Door widening install not correct, not lined up, I can’t repair.

At first we enjoyed the walk in tub and all its features. We had an adjustment problem. A part was ordered. It's been sitting in our home for over a month. A service technician can't seemed to come to our home to replace the part.

We did some research before we decided on an American Standard Walk-In Tub. The research really paid off. The installers were knowledgeable, caring and so very efficient. American Standard is everything that they promised. Customer service is still alive and well at American Standard. We are so very happy that we made the correct choice.

Salesman needs to be a little more realistic on what to expect during installation. Outside contractors need to be a more forthcoming with their services. Clean up could be better. I now have to hire someone to repaint and repair walls. Also need to have floor at bathroom doorway and master bedroom repaired along with some woodwork that was damaged. Company did contact me and offered a small compensation. Love my tub just wasn't expecting the extra repairs.

I had waited quite a few years , back surgery and two knee replacements before I finally decided to get my walk-in tub. I was so pleased that I only had to wait a few weeks before it was installed. The team that did the installation was fantastic. They were careful to keep things as clean as possible and were very thorough with details. The design of the tub makes it very easy to get in and out and will be just as easy if I become less agile as I age. The only thing that would make the tub better would be having more room to be able to stretch out and relax rather than having to sit up so straight. I am enjoying being able to take a bath again though.

My only complaint is I think my shower door was put on wrong. Door should open left to right not right to left.

Mostly it is great. I don’t know how many gallons the tub holds, but I run out of hot water before it fills. This means I take lukewarm baths, yuk. My water heater is 50 gal, but this is a hard water area, I have no idea how to handle this issue. I do have some questions about the bidet/toilet. Where do I direct these?
