The installers were very professional. They did excellent job with the installation. Just a few things I wish were different, the seat to be a bit wider, also when you turn on hot water, after a few minutes, it decreases the temp to around 82 °. The Jets are wonderful on those body parts !! We are so glad we purchased this unit.

Nice tub!! Can’t use it !! Not enough hot water Salesman Michael Iona said our 32 gallon tank was enough hot water Now we find out we need a 50 gallon tank !!! Installation also rescheduled several times by company Total price $15,433

It takes time to wait for the part you need to arrive because it has to be shipped to you. Otherwise my service technician was very helpful getting in touch with us and quickly getting the tub repaired. The biggest complaint I have is this was a manufacturing defect. Didn't expect the tub to fail less than a month after being installed.

Have waited 5 weeks and now have to wait an additional 2 weeks for installation of safety shower. We have operated in good faith by putting down a downpayment and just want answers to our concerns. We don't believe the reasons for the delay...sounded fishy and can't be verified as it is impossible to locate anyone involved with this business. The salesman has not returned three calls since our concern. Beginning to distrust this business.

The installers were very quick and kind, however, I need to contact them because the caulking has come loose on part of the tub walls. Also if our friend had not needed a walk-in tub so badly we would have never paid the kind if money.

All good, expect for minor issue, the caulking in one area has shrunk and cracked.

The gentleman who did the work were very good and easy to work with. If I needed to get another unit I would use American Standard again.

SALES PERSON: VERY INFORMATIVE. INSTALLER : EXCELLENT. COMPLETED THE FIRST TIME (THE ONLY NIT-PICK I HAVE IS THAT HE ADDED BREAKERS TO MY ELECTRICAL PANEL, MOVED OTHERS AROUND, AND NOW I'M TRYING TO FIGURED OUT WHERE THE DISCONNECT BREAKER FOR MY GARAGE DOOR IS). THE WALK IN TUB IS WORKING FLAWLESSLY. GREAT JOB!

My project started as an well oiled machine, the sales person was spot on. Day of construction was rushed, a project that should take two days took a long 18 hours. The private contractor that did my shower install had good intentions but cut corners in getting my project done. American Standard did not set him up for success, they did not provide him with the right parts and he had to improvise. This rush job resulted in a comedy of errors, missed caulking, mismatched master control finishings, etc. Shower materials off gas, resulting in keeping a window open24/7, shower head hose failed in under a month, leaving the shower inoperable. The employees that we've worked with are very nice and responsive in a timely manner, however, we've had to call often. In one month after installation, we've had 4 calls for a shower head issue, in addition to other things. Yesterday, I called AS service desk, and was told the independent contractor has 72 hours to contact me, during this time I'm with out a functional shower. We are disappointed in the quality of the materials used, specifically the shower head. After spending $12,000+ I expected better. Unfortunately I cannot recommend American Standard.

Tub is great. Need to tell people that a 50 gal. Water heater is not big enough. Make sure the seller and the installer are on same page.well the reason is the seller told us we need a 30 in. Door where the installer used a 28 in door. Where it made me buy a vanity.

The two gentlemen that installed the unit were very knowledgeable and professional. Installation went very well. The unit itself does what it was advertised to do. The tub floor is a bit slippery so I put anti-skid pads on it seem to have solved that problem. I am very satisfied with the tub and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We didn’t get a walk-in tub but we had our tub removed and put in a walk-in shower. Installation fine! Customer service was horrible. Don’t risk this company. 1. They lost our order 2. Gave us the runaround 3. We called 15 times in two months 4. Never returned calls 5. Finally came for two day installation after 66 day delay. 6. I wouldn’t touch this company with a 66 foot pole. VERIFIED TRUE!

After only 4 uses i was in the tub for a soak on my sore feet. I called my wife in after 5 minutes to turn on the bathroom fan and she screamed, the door seal is leaking and our bathroom floor was soaked. Very disappointed in that, and the pressure of the jets thought they would be stronger. Updated, i tried tub again and this time it didnt leak. Dont know what happened last time, but i know door was locked tight. Still disappointed in jet strength.

We saw an ad for the walk-in-tub and talked about it. We both wanted to get information. Our introduction to it was so good that then and there we decided it was what we needed as we aged. We waited a couple of months for everything to come together and before you know it, it was here. It is everything we were told. We did find out one thing, that we had to turn our hot water up a few degrees. That was something that should have been done a long time ago. Sitting in that tub with the lights, aroma and jets on is so comforting, so relaxing and means so much to us. The installation was perfect and the installers were perfect. We are very happy.

The bath is awesome as well as the bidet. The installers were professional and did an excellent job.
