We encountered a hailstorm in April of 2022. We waited and contacted Acuity on June 13th. Acuity called back the same day and set an appointment for the adjustor to come the very next day. The adjustor, Janelle, came out to look at the roof June 14th. When she came off the roof we were told on the spot that Acuity would replace not only the house roof but our back garage roof as well. Janelle sent an email to us the NEXT DAY, June 15th, with the insurance breakdown. We then had the insurance checks in our hands within a few days after that. We had a new roof on our house and back garage within 30 days of contacting Acuity. A number of our neighbors had delays and issues with their insurance companies. Many neighbors asked who was our insurance company. We told them about Acuity and our experience with them. Not only are they a company right here in Wisconsin but told them how great they were to work with! We tell people every chance we get about how happy we are with Acuity! Keep up the good work!!
