Our agent is great! He checks in with us at each renewal to see if anything has changed to see if our policy changes. We have never had to file a claim yet so I can't speak claim filing.

Our old agent retired and transferred our policy to another company. We never heard from them in over 10 months. I went to R.S. Semler and talked with Cody Kriewald, he was very helpful. That was about 3 months ago, he has kept in touch several times. No problems.

Switched to Acuity 2 years ago. I saved about $300 per year and received a quality policy covering home, auto, and includes $1M in extra protection. While no claims or needs have come up, Acuity does reach out to offer reviews to make sure my policy covers any changes that may have occurred on my end. Additionally, emails are received providing information(ex: home safety, things to make sure rental cars are covered by insurance). Acuity understand a relationship goes beyond collecting a premium.
Been with Acuity for a while. Don't appreciate the policy lapsing without contacting me to provide a notice, especially since this is a business policy. Will be looking elsewhere if this happens again. Also, failed to waive reinstatement fee when contacted by local agent.

For as long as I’ve been with you guys you still charge too much I mean I never had any claim nothing So reducing a price or a discount for those who are a good drivers would be ideal
