Acuity is an outstanding insurance company. We have had Acuity for 3+ years for all three of our autos and for our home. All of our dealings with Acuity have been excellent in every aspect. This is the worst insurance company on the plant. They canceled my policy then tried to charge me $583 for an audit that I already filled out. This company is garbage
TERRIBLE service on a work comp claim in September. I gladly dropped Acuity as my work comp carrier and have a new insurer.
Acuity has the best customer service out there and they pay out claims so fast. In my experience they've gone above and beyond to try to pay when there's a loss even if they aren't obligated to based on the policy coverage.
A billing error between my mortgage company and Acutiy was discovered. I contacted Acuity and discovered the error was on the part of the mortgage company. Acuity corrected the error quickly

Good coverage for homeowners. Premiums are reasonable. Good coverage’s available for vehicles. Premiums could be adjusted downward for good drivers and long time customers could/should be given greater discounts.
I haven't had to use my auto insurance since joining Acuity, but the process of renewing and adding a new vehicle to my policy was easy to do, by contacting their staff and changing the coverage that I wanted. They definitely know what they are doing.

This insurance company refuses to hold their end of the bargain; when it comes to paying for damages. They try to scam the consumer any way they can. Unfortunately I was forced to give one star they deserve zero stars.
