Hello, The help we got from Kelly and lintina was amazing I can't fault the 2 ladys at all, they were there helping with everything and little question or worries I had they help and reply very quickly, the only thing I can say is.... they were brilliant and believe me I had loads of questions and they were there all the time. If I could give 100 out of 100 I would, Thank you for all the help.
I spoke with Kay on the phone and it was a pleasant experience, she listened and made me feel at ease about an ongoing problem and she asked if there was anything else she could help with. It was so nice to have someone talk to me as a person, she clearly takes pride in her work and was totally kind, considerate and polite.

Electrician Kevin at Abri was brilliant very knowledgeable and friendly, worked thoroughly to find out what the problem was, hopefully touch wood it's sorted as no more problems since . It nice when you get a friendly all round which is what you get with Abri from there plumbers , electricians and secretary/ call staff , thanks for being amazing.
Was very Impressed with the work carried out at the property.( clearing guttering.) Very thorough cleaned up after .pleasant and friendly. Good job done.!

I phoned Abri the other day, and spoke with Kelly. She was very polite,helpful and professional. She listened to the problems and issues I raised. She did her best to sort them out.The one issue she couldn't sort straight away, she escalated. I was very happy with her, and her willingness to help.
Had a Gentleman called Adam come out from Arbi to sort out my Gas Combi Boiler. He was on time and totally polite. Everything working perfectly. Did an amazing job and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who has issues with Gas appliances.
I called Abri , on the 4/03/2025 and the receptionist Molly was polite ,well spoken and so very helpful it was a pleasure speaking to her if Abri employed more like this lady as she is a flagship to Abri .
I needed a new shower unit in my wet room and when Jake arrived he fitted the replacement very quickly and then took the time to explain to me how it worked as it was different to my previous one. Jake was very personable and as a wheelchair user I felt very cared for and positive about the whole experience.
An on going issue with my kitchen light. Andy replaced the whole unit for a new LED one. He was swift, professional and courteous, excellent service
I phoned and spoke to Laura, who treated me with courtesy and answered my questions positively, when I came off the phone I felt that I had been dealt with very professionally ,
I had a problem with my heating before Christmas that was difficult to resolve, the operative Abri sent worked extremely hard to make sure he got the heating working so we had heating over Christmas. The follow up appointment made after Christmas to change the radiators was done by the same operative along with two others to ensure the system continued working as it had. They worked very hard all day to complete the job and were polite and reliable. They left my property as they found it, leaving no mess at all. I’m extremely happy with how Abri handled the issue.
