I reported a repair and the lady Alexander was very polite and freindly and booked in my repair and reassured me done with ease
Reported toilet flush not working (only toilet in my property) at 2:39pm and was told someone would be out in next 24hrs At 2:50pm i got a text to say Abri on way,He arrived at 3pm and fixed problem and gone by 3:09pm. Excellent service today.

Given the amount of storm damage to properties recently, my request for repair was dealt with timeously and efficiently. Site inspection carried out, and my follow up phone conversation with Martin the next day was dealt with professionally. He had all the facts and photo s of the damage to hand and the matter was resolved and decision taken immediately.Excellent service all round.
