Damien the engineer was professional warm and personable as a single lady I felt very safe! Work was carried out quickly and efficiently! Life has been hard for me recently and Damien bought a smile to my face thank u so much Damien! Ebri have been fantastic to me and I am very grateful!

Had a home inspection reguarding mould ... When Scott arrived he was friendly... kind ... Polite ... Explained everything perfectly .... Great job ... Keep up the good work ... Very happy so far with everything that's going to be done ...

Although it took a long time to get this repaired do the trades person that completed the work did a wonderful job, he didn't rush and made sure I was happy with his work. He was polite and really cared about doing a good job .

Excellent customer service. I rang and spoke with Wendy who helped book a repair in. Wendy was friendly, polite and gave the time to understand the issue. I'm also quite anxious on the telephone and didn't feel rushed. I've had only positive experiences when dealing with Abri. Great company that go above and beyond. Thank you.

Operator was very friendly and a pleasure to talk too. She was able to get the information needed quickly and resolve my problem with full knowledge of what had to be done to do this

It was the control pest contractors that were very good at their job , very polite and cleaned up after themselves not the abri work force .

When abri and the drainage company came to fix our toilet as the pipes were blocked all the way into the road drains, they were polite, explained everything, and were great around my curious son who kept wanting to see what they were doing. The men were determined to fix the problem and not leave until they had, the kind man kept coming down to explain what he was doing, and what I needed to do, he changed the pipe in our house and unblocked it with a hose, then was outside in the freezing cold unblocking all the pipes in the road. They all did an excellent job and I can safely say we can now flush without it all coming back up the toilet and all over our floor n down walls. 10/10 for efficiency and politeness, 10/10 for determination to finish the job. Not sure on exact date but it was early Feb

Paul who came to do my repair, done an excellent job. He has completed a few jobs in my flat now and he always makes sure that everything is sorted before he leaves. He's an all round a great workman.

We had problem with our radiators after a new boiler installation, the last radiator on the line just wasn't working, Abri operative Darren came out to sort the problem which he did but also took the time to explain how the system works and purposely showed us how we can adjust the flow through the radiators, very satisfied.

My smoke alarms were inspected by Abri, and the next day Chris came to replace them. Chris was friendly, polite and did a great job. Amazing!!
