I was Really happy that I got an appointment for call out, I am so grateful everytime I call for help problem I spoke to Helen today I had problem getting on my abri app. She was very helpful kind and Really understood my problem with signing in she was so patient she was so perfesional to, just like the last phone call they are so kind. And call out workman Rob was kind iam so happy I have my house under abri. For years been helpful in all my situations iam so grateful thankyou 🙂

Abri always seem to get things fixed as quickly as they can. Every operative I’ve dealt with has been efficient, friendly and professional. Shawn and Graham fixed a collapsed garden fence recently and were great. Arrived on time, friendly, clean, tidy and helpful.

Phones up about a rather large tree that needs taking care of . Spoke to a lovely lady called Lynn who was very helpful. Pleasant and very polite who sorted my problem out .

Abri are excellent when it comes to getting any work done thats needed. My radiator stopped working, i booked to have it sorted and Adam was sent to come fix it. He was very helpful, very polite and explained fully what was wrong, he had to go get a part but it didn't take long and radiator was fixed in no time

I had a new internal door fitted. Excellent carpenter! Mark was respectful and polite. Clean and tidy. Went above and beyond to finish the work to a high standard! I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him! Thanks 👍

Recently I was calling Abri office regarding my flat. The receptionist Bernadette was very patient and kind while asking questions to solve my concerns and transfer me to the right person / department. I am glad that I managed to solve it straightaway. I want to say Big Thank You to Bernadette 👌

Abri are very helpful and kind and have excellent customer service support, I have workers who are doing upgrades to my home and have regular contact with abri on what is happening and when , in my experience it has been a very positive experience and the different teams and customer support have been respectful and friendly and do their work in an efficient manner and check and recheck that all is as it should be. Thankyou abri we appreciate you.

Rung regarding booking a repair and discussing previous repairs, which are due to take place shortly at my family members property. Was delighted and met by a lovely warm welcoming voice on the phone, a woman by the name of Emma. Who was eager in assisting me with my inquiry’s and wanting to resolve the issues raised as soon as possible. We even managed to have a little chuckle down the phone with each other! Overall, amazing customer service and a wonderful delight to the Abri team Emma makes! :)

For over 20 years I've lived in council, property's, this is my first outside of it, and the difference is amazing. I feel so at ease to call them even if it's silly question, I spoke to kay about a few things I wasn't sure if it was an abri fixture or something a previous Tennant added, and questions about what we can and can't to regard decorating, modifications, she was very friendly and helpful, I felt so at ease to ask anything, The same approachable friendly attitude with Michelle and demi, as a Tennant I feel herd, not to mention connections to out side agency's Maria has been a massive help with my finances. Just to keep that in check. So much more, and so far any minor repairs or problems in the property have been delt with quickly.

I had an issue with my upstairs window. The guys did a lovely job very polite and helpful. They disposed the old wood and left front garden tidy. Am happy customer.

I am so happy I actually spoke to Isabel. She actually spoke to me so lovely she understand what I wanted and she actually got it solved had somebody come out checked the toilet because it was blocking and very happy customer. Thank you so much Isabel really appreciate your help.

Phoned Abri to report our gutters. They were very quick to get a contractor to come to do the job. The contractors where very thourough in there job. Very polite and clean and tidy. Was all completed in a timely manor

David come to plaster my ceiling after I had a leak and it fell through. David done a brilliant job. He come out Twice to make sure the job was completed properly. He as very chatty and very friendly, told me step by step what he was doing. Would recommend
