Every time I've had to call someone out they have promptly resolved any issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Never have I encountered an issue from the Call Centre to the Operatives that attend. Everyone at Abri has done their best to look after me and mine and I truly appreciate all their hardwork!

I had to contact Abri on their portal to arrange a repair. The customer service agent was very helpful. So the rating is for him not for the company. Other experiences have been below average. Far too long for repairs being carried out. Customer service getting things wrong, causing stress. 2x Stage 2 complaints upheld. 1x Stage 1 complaint not upheld as an operative was believed over me. So damaged caused by the operative was not remedied.

Nick Adams was amazing - after 3 weeks of trying to obtain a new fob that worked he had it sorted in 24 hours! Goodness knows why to process was hard but Nick was polite, fun, business like and got the problem solved. Thank you.

They arrived on time, got to work quickly draining the radiator ready for removal, then they started installing the pipes etc for the bigger radiator, very tidy work, always cleaning up behind him, then came the time to make sure that radiator worked, they checked my other radiators as well for air, and knowing my situation being bedridden they made sure the boiler was put back to its original settings, came back to where they were installing the radiator making sure all was clean, wiping any dirt/mess away. Treated me and my property with respect the whole time while doing the work. I'm extremely happy with everything and can't thank them enough for being so mindful of my situation but also working around my equipment here in my home.

The only company where anyone is allowed to make a complaint to them are residents. This is genuinely THE WORST housing association to deal with. If you are considering taking a house managed by them I would suggest you avoid it.

I had one of the Abri engineers come and fix a couple of my windows it was the day we had heavy snow in Southampton. I think his name was Jake not sure he was so helpful and efficient. Despite not having the right part, he went back and drove into the snowy conditions to get the part he needed and was back to complete the job. I was very impressed with all he did, especially in the weather conditions we had. Thank you.

I had problems with the locks on both my front & back door within 2 days they sent Jonathan out who was such a lovely polite man! He sorted the problem in no time and did a perfect job I can’t praise him enough. Also spoke with Carla on the phone who was such a lovely lady. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. our hot water tap on the bath when u turned it on, the water would just trickle taking along time to run a bath. So David came out looked at the tap and explained to me why it wasn't working properly, so David replaced the tap. He was very polite and even cleaned up all the mess when he was finished Thankyou David.

I used Abri’s live chat and spoke to Oliver who was really helpful. I explained that the lighting in our communal hallways had been switched off and he prioritised the job and the issue was sorted out that same afternoon. Great job Abri and thank you Oliver.
