Matt and Gordon attended and were very friendly and professional. Both operatives went out of their way to identify and fix issues even if it meant running slightly over the allocated time given. Great service and very much appreciated.
The gentleman who came to fix my heating system was amazing, he was polite and friendly, with my anxiety I find it very difficult to speak or see people but this gentleman made me feel very comfortable in my own home Thanks Abri
Always a pleasure when contacting Abri, they are always so helpful and friendly on the phone and get my repairs booked in as soon as possible working around my shift work. The repair people always arrive on time with a text to say they are on the way and go above and beyond to get the job done even going back out to get the part if it’s not in the van to save booking another appointment. They are also always friendly and respectful of my house including taking off their shoes or wearing disposable shoe covers. Can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend abri team.
Sean attended our property to sort out the drain in our garden. He was very professional and did a brilliant job.

Excellent customer service from Priyanka.She was very helpful getting my repair booked .Very polite and efficient. Since abri has taken over from my old housing association, the difference in customer care and getting repairs done is exceptional. Brad, josh and 2 other colleagues, come to put right the wiring to the night stotage heaters, what a sub contractor had installed. It was a big and difficult job which meant they had to spend 2 days at my property making right. They were polite, knowledgeable and lovely to have in my home. They are a credit to Abri and have excellent customer service. Thank you 😊
I had some new extractors fitted by Abri,an electrician called Lewis turned up on time,explained what he was going to do and carried out the work,very tidy efficient and polite,job well done.

Tony was very polite and tried his best to fix my window, when I booked the repair I explained that I had work, and so Tony made me his first appointment so I didn't have too take time off.
I spoke to a member of staff on their chat, about some of my windows being foggy, they were really helpful and sent a colleague to inspect my windows, he informed me they were what he called blown. He then took measurements. A couple of weeks later a very helpful pleasant colleague replaced my windows. Now they are crystal clear.
Abri arranged Patrick to repair my shower. It was done prompt. Patrick communicated what he was going to do to. The job was done efficiently. Patrick was polite. I received a text when he was about to arrive.
Needed a repair and Phil came out and done a great job
Had a plumber called Luca come and repair the kitchen tap which was dripping. He was a lovely gent. Kind friendly and efficient. He explained what he was doing including when he had trouble getting the tap heads off and he kept apologising for taking too long. It wasn't his fault in the slightest.
Kyle was very polite . He was efficient. He left the place clean and tidy. The job was completed very quickly.
Called on Monday, when discovering one of our radiators was leaking. I had the pleasure of speaking to Wendy. After explaining the problem and that we were having new flooring being fitted on this day. Wendy was brilliant within minutes we had an appointment booked for the same day. Due to Wendy's help we had the radiator sorted and was able to have our flooring laid.
Tried to register on my Abri portal then this lady Raquel was very helpful. She did explained to me well and tried to contact other departments within the Abri for further clarification.
