I had multiple fixes need to my home Abri organised it all quickly and all the chaps that arrived were polite and friendly. All but one job was completed on the day bar one that needed a contractor which was organised within the next couple of days. I wish I could remember all of their names as I would mention them all! But Richard and the young lad ( Jordan I think!?)oh and the new guy! They did stand out to me as they took the time to explain things a little more in depth to me. But all operatives were lovely and helpful! I am grateful to have Abri as my landlord! Thanks for having me ! Faye x
I called Abri about some repairs and complaints on 03/02/25 and spoke with Emma who was lovely to deal with. Emma was warm and listened to me, taking my complaint with empathy and understanding and organised the repairs which were completed the same day. I then had a call from Janet (customer contact) on the 04/02 who called to see how Emma did. Janet spent time with me, dealing with another repair (non essential) and listened while I moaned about another complaint that I had. Janet was also great, funny and also listened with empathy, letting me know that the complaints will be handled and the repair would be done at some point in the near future. The repair, wasn't important and doesnt impact me in anyway, so I'm satisfied it'll get done. Both Emma and Janet are fantastic people and a credit to the company.
Whenever I have rung Abri I have always had a positive experience. Any problem, or job I have needed doing has been dealt with as speedily as possible. Whoever I have spoken to have always been helpful and polite.
When speaking with WendyI found her very helpful in guiding me on my issues. Explaining what will take place on the call but also that it was great to see all the pictures which helped to have a visual idea on the issues. Very polite and courteous.
I had to call Abri about my changes to my direct debit. I spoke to Will he was very helpful and listened to what I wanted to do. He dealt with it very professional and friendly and put my mind at easy

i was registered with silva homes and abri has taken over the running of our property.so was confused as to logging in to my account with abri ,as i needed to register with them.i rang abri customer service up and spoke to a lovely lady named emma who sent me a link to register ,found it very easy to do.a big thankyou for your professional and caring attitude whilst chatting to you emma .
This 5 star rating is for Shaun in customer service, and him alone. He has gone above and beyond to help me and been been very patient with me in the process. Shaun went to lengths to clean up the mess left behind by his peers and made no complaints. All abri employees could learn a thing a two about proper customer care from Shaun, and what a difference you can make to someone's life if you just throw in a little effort. Give this man a raise and a promotion!
My telephone call for a repair with the advisor, I believe was Ali. She dealt with my request, was really helpful and very friendly. Made me feel totally at ease, and raised my repair as an emergency due to my disability. And the repair was dealt with the same day. I was really pleased with how my repair was dealt with.

My experience with Abri has been second to none. Personally i do not have a similar company to compare them to that I have been involved with but i can say hand on heart that they have gone out of their way many times to look after me as an individual and make sure I am safe, secure and everything is in good working order. I have needed emergency help twice now with an unfortunate drain blockage and boiler failed during a cold snap within a 24 hour window and each time my needs were met almost immediately, certainly within less than a couple of hours wait time. Nothing had been too much trouble. Any jobs of maintenance that needed assessing their engineers have looked at anything else that may have raised concern or worry. Nothing had been too much trouble for anybody including the call handlers who are also very helpful. In my experience I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to be with any other company. Thank you Abri, I appreciate you.
We had an issue with our heating, the guy that came to fix it was very friendly and helpful, explained what he was doing and the follow up if it didn't work.
Abri completed the job promptly. Nicholas who carried out the work was very polite and friendly and did a great job repairing the fence.
Neighbour has not taken bins out for 4 months cats keep bringing rats and mice from their garden Abri still has not done anything I’ve even showed drone footage of there property, they know there’s a problem but when they have turned up they not in or will not answer the door. There attitude stinks they just do not care
