Bought flooring from these people in less than 3 years has broken up and surprise surprise it is not covered by the warranty even though it is the flooring system that has failed avoid this company at all costs

Sorina was very helpful just now. I was completing the final order of wood. She offered a way to pay by Amex as they do not take this payment method over the phone. As the delivery was to a different address it still could not be used but at least she tried. Waiting to see what the final delivery turns out like. Fingers crossed its all good.

Terrible experience - avoid. I was asked to write a review BEFORE purchasing to get an added discount. Now I wish to retract it. Firstly the delivery of the wooden flooring didn’t happen as planned and we had to pay for a 2nd delivery. This seemed off at the time but we had a builder waiting and had to proceed. Then we needed extra so we collected 2 more packs direct from the warehouse and one pack, though labelled as identical, was a completely different colour. We called and were asked to open the box, prove it with photos and then told “now you’ve opened the pack we can’t accept any returns”! Roque said it’s a natural product with some changes, which is absurd when you see how different they are. After threatening legal action they accepted we could return but they would not cover the cost of delivery back to warehouse. We took it back ourselves and sent proof via email to Roque. 10 days later I’m called at work to say they won’t refund without proof and I need to send proof AGAIN! More and more hassle over a pack of wood. This company is a joke - don’t use them. We’re still not being refunded the full amount for the incorrectly sold pack of wood, 30% is being held back. Tempted to sue them but not sure I can face dealing with such incompetence any more. Don’t use Wood and Beyond. Crooks!

Took my money even though they had stopped shipping the goods. Then made me wait nearly a month for a refund. They told me they’re not shipping worktops anymore after I called them at their request to arrange the delivery.

It was quite easy to place an order. However, I then learned that unlike other companies, this one would have not made it possible for me to actually have the goods. They deliver to the kerb only, and won't consider asking the courier to deploy a trolley to wheel a large amount of flooring to the door which is 40 meters away from the public kerb. So I placed the order on 9 Feb and cancelled on 11 Feb. Imagine my surprise to find that I was charged for the cancelled order on 12 Feb. While I understand the difficulties involving couriers, I can't understand why refunding should be more difficult than ordering.

Very easy ordering process, this company answers the phone! I have used them before for some rigid flooring which arrived very quickly and was great quality. Great and friendly service from Cheuk on the phone today, she was very helpful. We’re looking forward to receiving our flooring very soon!
