They provided clear recommendations and allowed me to pay a deposit to hold an order until I received the samples and could make a more informed decision. This is our second time back in Wood and Beyond, great product and value and great service too! We had one of their floors installed back in 2016 and floor looked great when we sold the property in 2022 even though we had two young boys , now back to get some for our loft!

Why isn't this company 5 stars!!! The one or two less star reviews are not there because of anything Wood & Beyond done wrong either & just nit pickers. So as far as I'm concerned NOBODY scored them less than 5 stars. I ordered at least 30 samples of LVT and because of my high expectations; Wood & Beyond's Supremo brand was in my top 2 from day one. All the others fell short of my little experiments to see how the samples would hold up with daily use!!! ! The Supremo held up brilliantly! So on trend and well made. Before I made my order , I had questions and queries & I was greeted in the phone by a lovely lady who arranged delivery for me many days before it said it was available on the website. I also switched my delivery day after Id already ordered and this was changed without any problem. The delivery man was awesome!!! He didn't call ahead of time & I was alone when he arrived but he helped me to the front flat doors by driving the little pallet machine down the path & helped me in the door! He was pretty much done for the day so he kindly took the pallet with him too!! Out of all the companies that sent me a sample. I can honestly say this was the best company to go with hands down. For Price, Sales, Support, Delivery & Quality. I definitely recommend checking out these beautiful flooring options!!!
