Inferior product ...will cost more to buy this cheap rubbish as only 1/3 can be used. They will ask for extra payments before delivery and hold you to ransome. Thanks for reassuring me that your products are great quality...I guess you ordered the rubbish you sent me from a third part then.

Appalling customer service. Ruined our building project with delays to the flooring. After complaining, we were then lied to about a delivery date and then customer service denied every having told us this date, when I have it in writing. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be let down.
