Great service and product

I chose Wood and Beyond as their prices were so competitive and they have very favourable reviews. Their website was quite far down the list of hits when I searched on Google, but it makes sense that the top hits are going to have higher prices. I called to place an order at the weekend when they were extremely busy. Roque took my call noted my details and agreed to call me back. It got to after 4pm so I didn’t think I was going to get a call back but I was wrong! He called me back after hours even though they had closed and went through my order over the phone. I paid a £50 deposit for my floor and received my order confirmation by email. I was offered a 2% for completing a review of my experience. Roque said he will call me back during the week when they’re open to arrange a delivery day/time that works for me. I will update my review once I have my flooring but so far so good!

waited nearly three months for a pre delivery which i was ok with. today checked to find when my product was coming only to find out it’s going to be another two month?had nearly £400 of my money in their bank account for 3months and to have no communication id disgraceful.

Cheuk helped us greatly by advising not to go ahead with underlay for our LVT which had inbuilt underlay. Even refunded our payment for the underlay. Her suggestion on the choice of LVT and underlay really helped us understand choosing the right product
