DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Delivery delayed by almost 2 months. Completely thrown our project off timing. Worst of all, customer service couldn't care less - VERBATIM: "it's not our fault" and "we can't do a refund because it's a bespoke product"

We have fitted the flooring in the lounge, hallway and in the bedrooms and the house looks fantastic. We would like to highly recommend this company.
