I went in store to select the flooring I required, and they had a wide variety of great quality flooring, well presented in store, and then easy to find online! I ordered online, and it was pretty straightforward! I was called by customer service to arrange delivery, and Roque was also great! Can't wait for the new flooring!

This is the third time I deal with Woodandbeyond. I find Cheuk Yes Liu very pleasant and efficient. I exchanged an order of product. Very well and efficiently executed.

Mixed feelings on this one. Great products and reasonably priced. Generally good communication throughout buying process. Apart from they cant do maths. I sent a diagram of room dimensions to confirm i was ordering correct amount which I worked out as 22m2 and they came back and said I need 60m2. I didn't i was correct But no communication when delivery didn't turn up on its alloted day (friday) then when I rang up they said it was meant to be there for 1pm but they couldn't contact the driver so it may be there on Monday. I had a Fitter waiting and had to pay him for the loss of a days work. When the delivery did turn up there were 2 boxes damages. They dealt with that well and refunded me for them and My delivery fee. Lesson here is, if you can't deliver when promised reach out to the customer and let them know.

The best customer service from Sorina. Really helpful and responsive communication. Yet to receive the product as we’re not ready for delivery and Wood and Beyond are kindly storing it for me, but the samples and extra photos I’ve been sent look great.
