Ordered flooring for my kitchen approximately £400 paid for delivery for 12th of September waited in all day nothing, rang the following day they said it would be delivered Friday 13th of September again waited in all day never turned up, my delivery wasn't even loaded on the lorry on the 12th and the delivery was aborted on the 13th, still trying to speak to them on the chat now but nobody is bothering to reply, I feel I have been lied to and possibly scammed, they don't even contact you with an update, its like once they have your money they just don't care, NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely amazing choice in this shop ! They are very helpful and patient, Diana was fantastic with us and we visited a couple of times as flooring is a big choice. They also advise options which may not be the dearest. I would highly recommend.

good quality oak at a great price

Really good value and after service We bought oak herringbone flooring at a good price. Afterwards, they were really responsive about how to care for the floor and also some additional products we needed for stair treads. Happy customer.
