charge 30% restock fee even they ask you to return to northampton warehouse from london. they return sucks, delivery as well put stuffs on ground floor and get stolen most of the stock, the good review here is fake

Great practical advice and help with choosing a flooring. Very quickly answered, no waiting on the phone and straightforward ordering. I particularly liked the friendly tone and obvious desire to ensure that the correct product was chosen.
