Couldn’t recommend anyone else better than Woodandbeyond! Bought from them on three occasions now and the service has been excellent, products good and delivery time very quick. They even managed to find me enough flooring for a discontinued line to match one I had already had fitted and needed to match. Couldn’t be happier!!

As soon as we walked into the shop and advised of what we were looking for, three products were flagged as meeting our brief and of of these was exactly what we were after. The advise around maintenance and ancillary items was top draw.

After shopping around most of building trade centres and flooring shops, checking online, even visiting it's showroom, we truly recommend this shop.The quality of LVT floors is super, with its promotional online offer, I am sure there is no way to find another shop competing with Wooden and beyond. The most important for me is that I feel very confident and happier with the staff working in this shop. Miss Liu is such a helpful, professional lady with wonderful customer service.

Absolute bunch of rogues. We spent £600 on engineered oak, only to find 1/3 of it is damaged - some moron had botched it trying to wood fill it with the wrong color, so they could ship it out to some unsuspecting mugs. They were clearly damaged goods that the organisation has decided to try and fix and sell so they don't lose money. The product we were sent is not fit for purpose and is not usable for the purpose it was intended for. It was disrespectful to even try and pass this crap off, and is an insult to our intelligence On calling customer services we were met with obnoxiousness, arrogance, and utter disinterest. We were even told, "£600 isn't very much" buy some teenager in sales. A highly offensive and deeply inappropriate comment to make and we are still trying to find out this person's identity so we can make a formal complaint about that. The official position from the company (John in returns), is that we should be happy with it because they think it's okay. We're going to go to trading standards, the citizens advice and possibly the small claims court, and will absolutely not leave it here. John, who works and the returns department and is a 'manager', described it as "beautiful". I personally found this very insulting, almost to the point of being contemptible. What a stupid thing to say. This individual clearly has absolutely no respect for his customers what so ever, or he would have had the integrity to accept that it was not good enough and we were not happy. Furthermore the organisation have no respect for the law. They don't seem to understand that if a product is deemed to be not fit for purpose or in some way damaged within the first six months, the law will err on the side of the customer. If I could be bothered I would go to the small claims court. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION. There are plenty of places you can buy similar products from, who will have a better product, more respect for you the customer, a better understanding of the law, and more individual and organizational integrity. AVOID!!! UPDATE. Having just seen the response from wood abd beyond I'm absolutely astonished. That is a downright lie. They did not contact me and they did not offer any kind of solution or a refund. You are actually writing review responses and LYING. You did not contact me offering me a refund. John IN returns email to say there was "nothing wrong and you would not be refunding at all". I will be taking this further as this is even more concerning. Lying about contacting a customer and offering and refund on a website such as this is a serious matter. I simply cannot believe what I just read - it is not true and it did not happen. Complete and utter lack of any kind of integrity.

They are so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions you have. I just felt they were more personable and much more reasonably priced than Tapi carpets and other suppliers. Plus they always remember us when we call which is nice.
