Very good service

We ordered flooring for our entire flat from Wood and Beyond in June 2024. We put money down to hold the order. When it came to delivery time, we paid the entire amount to find out that they didn't have 10 of the ca. 130 boxes we ordered. We were informed of this at 4pm the day before it was to be delivered. They offered a full refund, which was laughable considering that the we would have to take weeks to source another floor, and offered as an alternative the same flooring, only wider planks. As we had no alternative in our timeframe, we took this offer, quite unwillingly. When it came time to return excess boxes, we were informed that they would charge aa 30% return fee, and that we'd have to source a courier to send the 10 boxes back to Northampton. So outrageous. Re: Wood and Beyond’s reply. Interesting how all they address is their return policy, and not be able to fulfil our order or make it in any way easy to return extras. I stand by my review

We’ve used Wood & Beyond for several projects including floor for a house renovation and an office refurbishment. Their customer service is first class and they have good products and pricing. They are very quick and responsive to deal with and I fully recommend them .

I ordered the floors for my dormer and house renovation. I would recommend asking to speak to Cheuk-Yee Liu as she was really helpful in assisting me choose for size of the boards for which room.

I have used Wood and beyond for a few projects now, their prices are very competitivefor the great quality.

My wife visited the store and picked up some samples. The staff gave her good advice and today I called to secure the discounted price. Sorina helped me selecting a 4mm engineered flooring that was matching one of the samples. So far great experience and I am looking forward to the delivery.

This is the second time I've ordered solid oak worktops from Wood and Beyond. They are very competitively priced and good quality. Customer service is great- its nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone and my call was answered promptly. Sorina was very helpful with placing my order and arranging delivery.

We initially found their website and spotted the online room visualiser tool which was really helpful. It led us to a herringbone option we wouldn't have considered otherwise. We followed this with a visit to the shop and found a very wide choice of options. Roque was very helpful, took time to answer all our questions and helped us with our final selection. The product looks great and the price is very competitive. We will now eagerly look forward to getting it fitted.
