Top service from Cheuk helping us arrange flooring for our project

We had an engineered wood floor installed with sound insulation and the service was excellent. The floor has been in for a while and we have had zero issues. The sound insulation has been fantastic - made a huge difference not to hear from the flat below.

Cheuk-Yee was amazing. I telephone to enquire about a product which had insufficient stock. She was able to provide alternatives and also recommend additional products that would be required to complete the job. Top service !
