Hi, I really wanted to mention that it’s very bad quality stuff, very cheaply manufactured. I felt that they robbed me. When I first open the box and I saw it’s very low quality. I trusted them and it turns up very bad. When I emailed them they do not took any care I send photos proof how low quality it is made. No one bothered about it. I paid almost 4000 on everything other than it’s fitting. The planks started to breaking down. It’s only few days to install it. I am so disappointed. Now I am going against them to take my money back. This is not fair at all. It’s not according to samples also. Sample is looking something else. It’s very different from sample.

Excellent service from the company and particularly Sorina who helped me to purchase the required products and provided great advise on the underlay.

I first visited the store so I could see the products beforehand. I was satisfied with the display and the assistance I received. I then ordered online and then spoke with Cheuk who was very helpful. She did her utmost best for my goods be delivered on a day suitable for me. I liaised with Cheuk again whilst I was laying the floor for some advice on the underlay and she was very reassuring.
