have read a few reviews whilst searching pointing this site out as a scam or fraud site or bad service from this site, i rang them before making my order for my i5 2500k cpu and they seemed polite and tried hard to help me figure the best price they had for my item. hopefully my item appears on the time frame iv been given (which granted is a little longer than i would like at an expected delivery date of sometime in july, even though its only the 20th of june but oh well im in no rush to build my comp so its fine)
There was a bit of a delay. I wasn't kept updated my orders delay.

Ordered a Transcend 32gb wifi SD card on 11 May 2013. No communication and nothing received as of 20th June 2013. Don't bother, use Amazon
WAE+ offered the product I wanted at a great price. But there was one huge issue. They have an insecure backend. After I signed up I received my password in plain text. This means that they do not encrypt your password and that it could be stolen. It is now standard practice (and has been for some time) to store user passwords securely. I suggest that they do so soon.
My order was easy to place and was delivered quickly. No faffing.

ordered McAfee antivirus for 7-9 delivery , item not even processed after this time , emailed to find they did not even have stock, yet took payment , ordered 24th May , still trying to get refund 20th June 2013. Will have to try my credit card company. Would not recommend them anyone.

Waited a month for delivery - eventually found out none in stock ( if there ever were ! ) - still waiting for a refund...................
Happy with website experience, but had to wait a very long time for someone to answer when I phoned for service. Waiting times need to improve.
I recently bought a graphics card from them with a price that turned out to be too good to be true. Ten minutes after purchasing said item I learned from reviews and pages like this that this company had terrible business practices so i then cancelled my order, I also rang them to confirm this. With my order displaying that it had been cancelled I noticed 2 days later that they had still taken the money from my account. I am now about to go through the proper channels to attempt get my money back.
I ordered a underwater camera on 12/6 13 with delivery confirmed 17/ 19 June when the parcel did not arrive I phoned the company 5 times to sort it out as I was flying to Egypt on the 20 June I wanted the camera before I set of for the airport at 11.00am I was told it would be delivered on the 20/6 when I checked with the courier they said I would need express delivery not standard I requested this with WAE and they said they would ring me back (they did not) so I phoned again and was told I would have to pay the extra £9.00 delivery I did this as I needed the camera for my holiday and had booked 5 dives in Egypt I believe this should have been paid by them as a good will because it was there fault it did not turn up on time. If they had informed me it was not available I would have reordered from a different company

Superb value for money, certainly beating all other outlets. Also great selection! Still room for improvement though; expedited shipping options would be nice (though this has improved a lot lately) and I'd like to see a full range of components on here - can't buy AMD CPUs for instance. However, overall A+! :)

Although I could not see this WAE+ site in find me the cheapest search engine in "The Utility Warehouse" site it cropped up on a Google Search. Spent enough time looking for a keen price on this Kensington K33972EU devices and WAE+ was the best site I found up to that time. Only drawback was having to wait for the device for 10 days which, these days, is an extremely long time for product delivery. Hopefully it will be received correctly, and work well but can only comment once order is received as this is the first time that I have ordered from WAE+.
I ordered hedge trimmer from WAE - hedge trimmer out of stock - ordered alternative. Outcome was that I rang WAE to find that my money had been refunded on the 11 June 2013 and that it would normally take between 1-3 days before it would be in my account. Needless to say no money has appeared yet (today being 19 June). You can imagine my frustration as on the 12 June i read this website <external link removed>
