I ordered a hard drive from these people, and after 4 weeks it had still not been shipped and showed as "awaiting fulfillment" I attempted to cancel the order and was told that it had been "allocated" in the warehouse and they couldn't cancel the order. I am however free to refuse delivery when it arrives and then wait 30 days for a refund. I was assured it would arrive in just a few days, which was now 1 week ago. The order of course is still showing as "allocated" and has not shipped. Overall a waste of time and money. I've since bough the hard drive elsewhere and am waiting for WAE+ next round of comedic responses to my request for a refund.
It took over a month and a couple of chase emails to customer support only to be informed the item I had purchased was out of stock. I am still waiting for a full refund which again I have had to chase. This experience has put me off buying anything here again even though their prices are very good. It is all very well advertising great prices but if you have to wait ages to be told its out of stock and then wait even longer for a refund then any discount is not cost effective for the purchaser. Still no sign of a refund 2 months later. Having to file a complaint via Mastercard to get my money back. Despite sending me an email informing me my refund is on its way-IT IS NOT! I am suggesting Mastercard consider the complete history of this company in the hope they withdraw its ability to permit them to take payments. Forget trying WAE customer support-they are a joke. I strongly suggest anyone considering buying from WAE research previous feedback on a number of review and financial websites. I wish I had. Getting goods and or a refund can prove ery tiresome. I have been shopping on the internet for years and this has to be the worst purchasing experience to date. Please, please take my advice and buy elsewhere. Its also interesting that WAE appear to try and 'block' all negative feedback, so it will be interesting to see just how long my review can be read. AVOID. You have been warned! DO SIGN THE ON-LINE PETITION AND ASSIST WHAT MANY OTHERS ARE DOING BY CONTACTING THE VARIOUS CONSUMER RIGHTS ORGANISATIONS. If we all keep up the action we can get WAE to account for their activities. I am off to the small claims court and will keep you updated. I have been looking for a Zotac GTX770 4GB version for some time. WAE price undercut competitors by some way making it affordable for me.
Price was excellent and easy to order. There was a delay in delivery seem to say in ready for dispatch for ages but once sent there was a quick delivey and only run over by one day so n biggy.
I would avoid this company as they seem like a small outfit acting like a big one. I ordered an Samsung SSD, easy enough to find online, and it was stated as In Stock. After waiting 3 weeks the item didn't arrive. I called, and they told me they were waiting for stock to arrive and that it would take a few weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. They agreed, but then went to tell me that the refund would take 30 days!!! There is only one person in the accounting department dealing with refunds. My advice, order from a ligitimate company and pay the extra few pounds. It'll save weeks of waiting!
I placed my order for a Samsung camera for my girlfriends birthday on the 5th if June. The item in question was listed as in stock and cost around £280. It was cheaper than else where and they would have it with me between the 10th and the 12th of June (her birthday was the 20th). The 12th arrived and no delivery, I logged in and it was not even listed as dispatched. I emailed them to ask what the hold up was. I was already annoyed that they hadn't bothered to tell me that there would be a delay. I received an apologetic response and was informed there was a delay (basically confirming what I had told them) and asking if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to wait. I still had a week until her birthday so I said I would wait, but could they confirm when it would arrive. They did not get back to me to confirm when it would arrive. A couple of days passed and the status still has not changed to dispatched. The item was still listed as in stock however on their website. I emailed again and said please tell me why it's not been delivered and when it will be delivered. I was informed that it was a hold up with their supplier, that the in stock comment was based on their information (so essentially it's in stock somewhere, not with them though) and they were expecting a delivery in 3-5 days. Despite my direct questions they did not tell me if my item would be in that delivery, when I could expect to receive my item or if anything would be done to speed up the process (ie. next day delivery when they did receive it). Her birthday has now passed, I still have not received my item, I still have not been told when I will recieve it, they have offered no reassurance about when it will arrive, any steps they will take to compensate me (please not store credit, I would never buy from them again) and the only reason I have not accepted their offer of a refund (yet) is because from the reviews I have now read it seems I would wait a further 30 days to recieve my money back. As such the best case scenario is now that my girlfriend receives her gift a week late, worst case a month + late after I get my money back and buy it (at increased cost) from a reputable retailer. I will tell anyone that will listen not to use WAE+ under any circumstances, every step of my experience has been frustrating and ultimately it has taken any joy from giving this gift.

It was easier to find my item by searching the web from Google than from their web page, then I had a problem with payment (I couldn't enter my security password) and when I rang WAE they said I had to persevere because they couldn't accept order over phone. Now let's see what delivery is like..
Good website, easy to buy. Quick and simple transaction. Only downside the Free Delivery is long at 10 to 14 working days most websites offer 5 to 7 working days. Will use again
Bought 48 cans of various energy drinks - delivery was around 10 days later and when they arrived, they had leaked in transit due to the packaging just being them placed in a cardboard box - a bit of bubble wrap would have helped and probably protected the cans. Shame really as it's hard recommending them due to this very obvious oversight.

This company bankrolls itself by taking your money for items that don't exist and never turn up!!!! They say they will refund in 30 days but they don't !!! Because they know that it will take months for reading standards to sort out, meanwhile they have my money as an intrest free loan. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM WAE+

Is very good but the delivery time is too long 10 to 12 working days. I think it takes too long. You have to do something about it, a part from that everytjing is fine.
I placed an order, i was told the item will be delivered in 4 working days, but every time i called, they told me that it will take one week more. Finally after the end of 1 whole month, i lost my patience and requested for a refund. Still waiting for it. keep off this website. dont fall for its cheap prices.
To put it simply this site has low prices, and some great bargains in their stock sale. However I have made two orders and only one of these was delivered on time or earlier (oddly enough they said it would take two weeks, and it arrived in two days, but I won't hold that against them). The other order was a week late. In my opinion the late delivery wouldn't be a big problem so long as they tell you up front what the real delivery time is. Honesty is the best policy. I find the strategy of cheap, high quality but slow delivery to be reasonable, so long as they communicate that!
Place order. Website said I could upgrade delivery if I called, but this was refused. They took my money on order but could not deliver for several weeks, and after promising a delivery date still failed to meet it. I cancelled the order on their website which said I could do as the goods had not been shipped, but they insisted I wait for delivery and then refuse the goods - I did. They have taken 30 days to process my refund after the good were confirmed as returned and their rep. rudely told me they were legally entitled to. Order placed 25 April refund will be received around 23rd June. If I could rate them as no stars I would. Their complaints controller said 'We really do value our customers and your custom and look forward to continuing our relationship in the near future' - NO CHANCE
Disgusting company, over a month since i placed my order and i'm still waiting. No longer answer emails, however when they did bother to reply, it was all lies.
I shopped around for a good price on some Mitsubishi 6x4 media. These guys were a good £3 cheaper than the cheapest I'd found in the past. And FREE delivery.
