I managed to source stuff on here I found hard to get elsewhere. Delivery was very slow though.
Although marked as 'in stock' my order had an ETA of 3 weeks till shipping in order to qualify for free delivery. I emailed WAE+ twice to confirm delivery timescale and had no replies. After waiting about 5 weeks I cancelled the order using an option on their website, but having done so I received my order a week later! The goods were correct and well packed but I can't imagine trusting WAE+ again.
The items in question were delivered promptly as promised. A super efficient service and l will shop again.
This is my first order, it will also be my last and my item has not even been dispatched yet. Call me impatient i dont care but this is 2013 not 2003. This is how it usually goes for online orders: Day 1 - Item showing as stock on website>Customer places order>Customer receives order confirmation via email>item picked off shelf and packed. Day 2 - Order dispatched. We are on day 2 and my order has not got past the confirmation stage yet - "Awaiting Fulfillment" What? awaiting what? i ordered an item thats in stock, now process the order, pick it off the shelf and pack it and dispatch it, if you cant do this prompt in 2013 then your not going to be a successful company, you will fall. People want it and they want it now, dont hesitate, send it, now. Also, you took my money so very quick, this i note, but your not so quick to send my items. Take a look at Ebuyer, Scan, Overclockers, Amazon. Thats how you do it, full contact via email with customer, promt responses, informed of each stage/progression of order. WAE+ .... take your money and ....nothing? Wont happen again, this i promise.
I found what looked like a good deal on a laptop advertised as 'in stock'. The website description was limited, but the call handler was helpful. 10 days after placing the order and paying, I called to see when the laptop was going to arrive. I was surprised then to learn that the laptop wasn't in stock. An e-mail then said it was ready for despatch. This is followed same day by another e-mail saying it isn't in stock and will be at least 7 days to follow. I checked the website again and see that the same laptop is still advertised as 'in stock'. I'm persevering but still unsure whether whether anything will actually arrive and whether it will to the spec I ordered. WAE+ seems to take your money first, then think about whether it can supply the goods second. Incompetent or unscrupulous, I'm not sure which at this stage.
I purchased a wireless router from this company and waited weeks for it. As they were the cheapest supplier for the product that I could find I accepted this but when I eventually received the product it had a European plug. I notified them immediately and have now waited weeks for an adapter which I have still not yet received. I should have become suspicious when I found a special box on their contact us page to order UK plug adapters. Tomorrow is their last chance for delivery as after this time I intend to return the product for a full refund and buy from an alternative supplier. I will certainly not be buying anything ever again from this supplier at any price.
I ordered a number of items on the 20th of May, and was informed the delivery of these would be between 31 May and 4 June. On the 13th of June, despite a number of phone calls and e-mails, I had not received anything - when I phoned, it took approx 10-15 min before I could speak to a customer service rep only to be told that delivery will take place in the next 7 working days. Yesterday I have asked for my money back via e-mail, and asked for this to be confirmed - no response. By far the worst on-line purchase experience Don't order from this business!
very good prices, delivery on the slow side, stated delivery 1-3 working days, ordered am on Tuesday phoned on Friday they say delivery next Monday, we shall see

I was induced with a £5 credit by WAE+ to write a review which I do not consider good practice as it might encourage many customers to write reviews before they even receive their order. I would recommend you wait. My order has not arrived. It's been over three weeks. I don't consider having to chase up WAE+ about delivery part of a good customer experience.
I wish I'd paid more attention to some of the more genuine reviews of WAE+. Over a week after placing my order, and having missed their stated delivery date, I have just phoned for a refund - which will take up to 30 days! Do not be enticed by low prices, free delivery or claims of products being in stock - all are worthless until you have the product in your hand. I'm sticking with my usual suppliers, I may pay a little more but at least I'll receive the product when promised.
Ordered somethong on 24th March. it did not arrive, waited about a month. I was then told that the item was not in stock. Despite many phonecalls and website requests I am still waiting for my refund (14-Jun)

I place an order for a phone that was shown as in stock on the 27th, paid extra for delivery with in 6-10 days and account showed as due for delivery between the 6th and 10th but by the 11th I checked and then phone up. I said I was not happy especially as I had paid extra for early delivery but when they said that may be they could refund the charge for early delivery I thought they were taking the P. I was told that it was not due for delivery to them until next week so I asked for e full refund. "Yes we could do that but it takes upto 30 days. They may have great prices but unless you do not mind waiting indefinitely I would think twice and twice more.
I was a bit sceptical about WAE+ due to some bad reviews, but then again there seem to be bad reviews about everything on the net :D so I decided to give them a try since the prices were by far the lowest. I was offered free delivery which was nice :) and the delivery was via UPS which allowed me to track the item which arrived within the estimated time frame, and they offered me £5 credit, There isn't really much more I could have asked for, Thanks WAE+!
I have been looking for a desk calculator for my small business just started. I do not want to spend more but I don't want to go for a store brand which I have bad experience. Si I was looking for a citizen, sharp or casio cal.. online and found cheapest one in amazon. Then I again google it compare the price. then I found out that I can buy it from waeplus.co.uk cheaper ,then I also found out the dimention given on amazon was wrong. So I was nearly bought a hand held one. but any way I found the right one with cheaper price on waeplus.co.uk...BUT Before place the order free delivery was2-3 days... after place the order it said free delivery could take upto 7 days???/ I don't know when I wil get it though.. I hope it wil come quicker...fingers cross
Purchased two items online after calling them and asking for a stock check. They said both items were in stock and that they would be delivered in 10 days. After 10 days I rang them and they said there was an error, one item was no longer ranged so I asked for a refund. The second item hadn't been processed properly and the order was no further along. After 15 days I called again to make sure everything was OK and again they had not processed my order. They had taken nearly £1000 from my credit card and done nothing. I asked for a refund and they said it would be issued in 30 days! Avoid like the plague.
