I ordered an EasySwap USM hot-swap adapter from WAE+ primarily because it was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. When it hadnt arrived by the stated time, I got in touch via their (very-easy-to-use-and visually-appealing) web site and was quickly and courteously replied to with the assurance that it would be with me soon. It was: within 1working day. All in all, then, a very satisfactory experience apart from this slight hitch. Definitely deserves another go, particularly as their prices are so competitive and the postage was free. Many thanks!

PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND WARN OTHERS! I have never written a negative review of any company and after this experience I feel it to be my obligation to make other customers aware of this scam! It is in a sense a duty! I ignored existing warnings on the web about the dealings of this company and thought they should get a chance as we all know that bad experiences are a small part of most companies and that most companies DO manage smooth transactions! I was sold an SSD hard drive from the online site and was promised a reasonable delivery time! HOWEVER, when my delivery didn't arrive, I called the contact number only to find that the calls are managed by an independent call centre in India. They kindly told me that the item was not in stock and therefore, there will be a slight delay in the delivery. For me, that was enough for alarm bells to start ringing as no reputable company sells stock online and takes money from you without telling you that items are NOT IN STOCK. I immediately requested to cancel my order that was on 20th of May. I have ever since been trying to recover my refund but have been unsuccessful. I am now having to formally file papers through my credit card company. Despite sending repeated email, the only response I get is that "the accounts department has been notified and we are processing your refund".

I would truly recommend that no-one uses this company. They do not deliver when they they will and always have an excuse to push back the delivery date. As for there refund policy it is a joke. I have a note from them saying when it would be in my account and of course when you phone they say will process today. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AWFUL.

Only order from WAE if you are not in a rush for your items. Still no delivery after 14 days. Then spent 20 minutes on hold to be told that there had been a delay from their supplier. Pay a few pounds more and get your items somewhere else

Placed order for Samsung 37" TV, a couple of days later WAE customer service emailed me to say they had no stock. I checked on website and the TV was shown but for £200 more that i had paid for it. I contacted them and said it was showing on the website, they then said they would fulfill the order. Two delivery dates came and went. I checked WAE terms and conditions and according to them they had accepted my order when they had confirmed item dispatch date. I tried to get them to accept they had a contract with me but they denied ever giving me a delivery date. Very poor service, I would advise people to stay clear.

Didn't get delivery and had trouble getting through via telephone, took several 20 minute calls, once i got answered the problem as quickly sorted out.. Kevin

I bought a tablet computer for my father and a micro SD card with WAE+. To begin with i think the biggest plus point is the value. Better than anywhere on the web. However,delivery can take a while, and i have found it can be delayed. To counter this, the customer service has been good and they normally sort out the problem quite efficiently. I would definitely buy from them again, so long as the customer service stays good as the value is impressive and there is a wide selection of products.

THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS NOT IN STOCK BUT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT I CANCELLED THE ORDER BUT THEY SAY I CANNOT HAVE MY REFUND FOR 30 DAYS VERY BAD

The best price on the net for the item I was looking for and no delivery charge either. The item took 10 days to arrive, which was a little longer than I would have expected, but luckily I ordered in good time as it was a birthday present.

Was looking for a momentus xt 750 on the net and found them to be the cheapest. Bought it with free delivery, and was delivered on the last allocated day. Did not try it out yet but was hoping to buy an asus z87 pro which is also the cheapest. Hope to give future updates.

The complaint I've just sent to WAE+: On 12 June I used your website to attempt to place an order for 2 USB flash drives. The first time I tried to place the order, the process failed at the Clicksafe screen. I then tried to place my order a second time, and it gave the same fail message again. I then called you to place an order, to be put through to a foreign call centre who could not take an order but told me I would be called within 30 mins. An hour later and having received no response I then sent you an email to report the issue and ask that someone call me so I could place an order. The response was an almost unintelligible email (very poorly formatted html) which I think advised me that I had contacted the wrong department. I then sent a second email ( or possibly a second phonecall, I do not remember which). The result being that I ended up speaking to a member of staff who would take my order. As I had just experienced two failed online orders, I told them that I had tried to place orders on the website and asked him to check that there were no other orders as I was concerned that I might get charged for the duplicate orders. Your colleague assured me that there were no other orders, and I had not been charged. He then offered to give me free expedited shipping on my phone order ("to make up for the inconvenience"), before coming back and advising that in fact "no", he could not do that after all. I was out shopping today and was surprised and embarassed to have a "decline" on my bank card. On returning home I checked my bank account to find that I had been charged 3 times by your company, exactly what I had tried to avoid: 13 Jun WAE CD 3628 DEB 51.65 13 Jun WAE GBP CD 3628 DEB 51.64 13 Jun WAE GBP CD 3628 DEB 51.64 I've attempted to phone you today to resolve this matter and get my money back, but your phone line has been engaged for the past 2 hours. My experience of your company has fallen flat at EVERY SINGLE point of contact, and I have been let down at every opportunity you have had to rectify the problem. Your website, your call centre and your customer service are a shambles. The real-world consequence being that I'm supposed to travel to a funeral on Monday morning, and now can't afford to put fuel in my car. Top job guys.

I ordered a pocket router from WAE+ having worked out that using their free delivery would get the device to me before it was needed. When the device failed to arrive by the latest stated date, I checked online and found that it was still showing as "Awaiting Fulfilment". To add insult to injury, when I rang to cancel my order I was told that the refund would take up to thirty days. At no point during the extended period that I was waiting for the order was I contacted to indicate that there might be a problem although it is clear in retrospect that they didn't have any stock.

Ordered this on the 28.05.13 on a 3 to 5 day delivery.Turned up on the 14.06.13,after 2 phone calls & 2 emails which were not answered. Dont bother with this company,because you will have nothing but problems with your order.Amazon might not be the cheapest,but at least you no, it is going to turn up.WAE+,dont bother.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.My order ID is (196315) Steve.
