Ok as sites go but when going back a page the screen went back to the begining so you had to filter again
Delivery was 2-5 working days, chased for the first time after 10 days to be told the order had been "fulfilled" and would be with me shortly. Chased again a week later and asked for the order by the end of the week, was told this is not possible once an order has been fulfilled and that is I wanted a refund I would have to reject the delivery. Bit difficult to reject a delivery that never materialises!!!! Website is an absolute pain to us and customer services are not very helpful.
This is now my third order from WAE+ and I can honestly say there service is excellent. Great range of products and very competitive pricing. What more could you ask for ?
Problem with credit card varification - showed a blank screen. There was a note on the screen saying they were having trouble with this. Phoned up and waited several minutes before giving up. Used a different card and quickly allowed the verification screen to enable in time (this time) in order to place the order. Very good prices but a bit of a hassle ordering for me.
DO NOT BUY FOR THEM ALMOST CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR - The worst company I have ever have to deal with. Ordered two computer monitors they said was are in stock but IT WASN'T IN STOCK. They didn't say or inform me. When I contact them to cancel order they refunds to cancel and said I had to reject order when it is delivered, BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER so you cant reject the order. SO THEY HAVEN'T DELIVERED and THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEPING THE MONEY. Its plainly a tactic hoping you will forget about the delivery when they know you are going to reject it and they will not deliver but still keep the money. I have just tried to contact them but now no one answers the phone. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have likely have this MONEY STOLEN from me now and will never get it back but hope no one else has to have the same experience. There is a LOT OF BAD STUFF ABOUT THEM OUT THERE wish I have seen it be for ordering
Competitively priced, fast delivery, well packaged, I have ordered before and am very happy with the service.
Have orderd 4 x 8GB Micro cards today at an excellent price and because I'm in no hurry for the the cards decided to go for 'Free Posting'. Ordering procedure was straight forward - unlike Amazon, which seems to entrap you into buying without showing the customer the actuall price before it's too late - will they never learn that it's straight-forwardness that builds up customer confidence. Hopefully as a first time user of WAE+ - everthing will go okay.

Appalling customer service from this company. Ordered software on 24th May - still not arrived by 13th June!! Keep getting fobbed off every time I call - no real explanation why it's taking so long but they keep saying it should be another 7-10 days! Got so frustrated and cancelled order - guess what, takes 30 days to process that! I would never order again - even if the price looks appealing. Rather pay a bit more to deal with a reputable company
my order was out of stock, when it did not arrive on time I recieved messages keeping me informed and I was easily able to order a substitute
They have a professional website which is easy to use. The only real fly in the ointment was the delivery time - 3 to 5 working days was quoted and the item was shown as in stock. When nothing had shown up by day 5, I contacted them and had almost immediate reply apologising profusely and saying that it was not in stock in UK and had to come from Europe. I was told it would be a further 1-3 working days and on day 3 it arrived. It would have been helpful to know from the outset that the delivery was going to take longer. The price was reasonable and choice of carrier good.
Bought my item on the 18th may, finally got it today 12th june. In the meantime because i was worried where my order had got to, i emailed them numerous times and never got a reply, I rang twice and had to wait over 30mins both times before i spoke to anyone and even then they were not helpful. 3 times i asked for my order to be cancelled from their website, i heard nor received anything and was left thinking i had been ripped off. Its only because i went on the website for one last time trying to cancel my order that i saw it had been shipped. My ipod case is useless, the screen is sticky and the touch screen wont work most of the time with the cover on, it seems almost like its a cheap copy of the genuine thing. My advice to anyone who is fortunate to read this before buying from WAE is DON'T please don't... you will regret it
the service was very quick and professional, everything was easy to fill out and order. Goods came quickly.
I ordered a product that was "in stock" and was a bit disappointed when I learnt that it would take 7-10 business days (i.e. 2 weeks) to deliver, but the price was very good and I wasn't in a hurry. After 2 weeks I checked the status, and found that the order said "stocking difficulties" and the product page showed the item as out of stock. I rang for an update and the phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. I submitted a support query through the website and it took 3 days to get a response. My credit card was charged the day I made the order, despite the product not being in stock, and will now take "up to 30 days" to be refunded. Avoid them like the plague.
I wanted 6 TP Links by Monday. As this service was not offered I told WAE. They came back straight away and offered 3 day service FOC. If the items arrive by Monday I will be a happy customer. A pity this service wasn't offered online. WAE nearly lost a sale.

Best prices around for most things, most of times half of retail price in other parts, fast delivery and very well packed. Descriptions are very accurate of the product and made me decide if to buy or not.

ordered mobile phone on 28/05/13 ( order id 196576 ) ,money debited from my account on 30/05/13 , paid extra for royal mail delivery , have had no communication , have had no confirmation my phone has even been despatched , its now 12/06/13 and still no phone or explanation why its not arrived when the final delivery date was yesterday , it amazes me this company is still trading with their complete lack of customer service
