This was my second shop with WAE+. The first one arrived much quicker than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. The second shop took longer than expected to arrive, being nearly a week late, by it did arrive in the end and I'm very happy with it, as the product I ordered is almost impossible to find in the UK and the price was very good too! They have attractive prices and also stock some hard to find products, so I will be definitely shopping with WAE+ again!
I couldn't believe that such a sturdy bin could be sold at the price. It does the job it was meant to do and arrived extremely well packed and in good time.
Ordered a Mobo on 15th June, as of 2nd July no deliveries, however it still has until tomorrow to be delivered in its "Due" time slot. The status of the delivery is only "allocated", and not dispatched... I have also noticed on my bank statement that I have been charged twice for this order, i have yet to receive reply from their customer service.
Place the order on 1st May 2013.still not delivered(02.07.2013).I have been contatcing then 2 times.They promess to deliver in next few days but they didn't.I have payd for my order 2 months ago.Verry bad service.Do not order from them
Whilst the website is easy to use and there is free shipping I'm still waiting for my order to be dispatched after 9 days!!!! Don't know when I'll ever receive the items. Order now for Xmas delivery!!!!
Does not dispatch good in time, very painful and lengthy process simply to return a item and then advised you have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. Update... Product returned was acknowledged by email over 2 months ago; deposit several phone calls and promises of a refund. no refund received as yet! Last spoke to a Manager 2 weeks ago who got upset when I said I didn't believe her promise of a refund within 7 days.... Surprise surprise 2 weeks on and 60+ days since my return still no Refund! WAE please refund me.
Placed an order and was given a 7-9 day Royal Mail delivery but it said to contact them for fater delivery once the order was placed. Phoned them up and after a very long delay the phone was answered and after an even longer delay was told that this was the best option. Seems like they DO NOT have this vast array of products they talk about being @in store' BUT at a warehouse in Europe somewhere. I will not be dealing with them again...........
Pro: • Great Prices • Huge range of products • Customer service is very, very helpful, Cons: • Slow delivery (the trade off) • Web site search doesn’t function well - (try searching for a product by its manufacturer’s number – it is easier to find the item on by going through Google shopping and then being directed to WAE’s web page) • Same products can have tow different prices – call to find cheapest. • Out of stock notifications not always made. No such thing as a free lunch – so one has to put up with the trade off price/delivery

Found just what I wanted. Only one item of the two ordered was available and delivered. Asked if I wanted to wait for the other to come into stock, but as it was needed urgently I cancelled the order. Told I would be refunded for the item and I am still waiting . It has now been 4 months!!!!!!. Customer Service told me it was being dealt with. Now can't get through and my E Mails not being answered, even to management. words can't describe how I feel.
The webcam works like a charm. I was kept well informed of the status of the order. Top effort.
1) Google the company online and you will see thousands of complaints and about two articles about their shit scams! 2) They will take your money, send you nothing, promise you delivery dates, and give you no refunds. I got my money back from my Bank after waiting 2 MONTHS from WAE+. Consult with your bank for your money, they might be able to help. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
Delivered in the stated delivery window. Branded product. Cheap price, a nice touch was the creation and mailing of a account and password. Even though I had checked out with Paypal. This allowed me to track my order.
ordering was easy, however delivery times are too long ! (7-9 working days) credit card payment step could have been better, e.g. saying no credit card is stored in the system and Visa/Master 3D Secure payment logo would look better.

I ordered an item for a birthday present to take out to South Africa for my son last year, when it turned out the item was out of stock, a member of the customer service team, kept me informed and found me a replacement product, added a little freebie as way of an apology and expressed delivered the item for me which arrived as promised noon on the day I flew out. I could not fault the service, although the replacement product was more than I wanted to pay the replacement product has proved it was worth the extra cost.
