This spare part for my Dimplex Opti Myst was delivered very quickly & fitted in minutes & now have my Wood burner effect heater working as it should, back as being a centre piece of the room.

UK Spares were excellent. I had an enquiry regarding the part I needed and I received a reply the same day. The part was ordered and it arrived exactly as stated. Received a text to say the delivery would be with me at 12:10 and it arrived at 12:10. Amazing service overall.

I foolishly left water in my Dimplex fire over the summer causing the transducer to corrode. Not being able to find the spare on their site, I gave the details on the back of the transducer to UK Spares, who came back to me within 24 hours with availability and a price. After placing the order, the replacement part was delivered within 24 hours. Excellent service all round.

It was really easy to find the part for my appliance by simply entering make and model. from then on it was simple. Delivery was as promised (next day) even though it was close to Christmas.

I ordered a product that was listed as being in stock. The money was taken from my account and I then received an email to say the item would be out of stock for another 10 days which I could either wait for or get a refund. The refund took 3 days to appear in my account.

I purchased a very small low priced item from this company and was charged £3.50 p&p. When the item arrived the postage paid by UK Spares was only 60p. I queried this with UK Spares but they refuse to give a part refund of the £3.50 paid. They said that it includes the packaging (which was a small envelope) and the labour to to pack the part (placing the item in the envelope). Not much labour involved there!!! Never had such a bad deal on p&p charges. Do not use this company to purchase small items.

5 hour Pending order confirmed over phone over a tel conversation that took 15 minutes and subsequently cancelled by email with a delivery available 4 weeks later.

The optiflame motor that I ordered was delivered promptly and well protected. Unfortunately it did not fit directly into my old first generation Dimplex fire. The fire has three wires connecting the motor.......black, brown and white, wheras the new motor has just two wires...black and white. And the fitting holes didn't line up. When I rang to query this I was quite rightly given the contact number for Dimplex Customer Services. Fair play, what else could they do? Dimplex Customer Services were rubbish. They said the new motor was a direct replacement. Despite being given both model and serial number they sent fitting information for a later model and have not responded to two further email requests for support. In the meantime I've fitted the motor by re drilling fitting holes and rewiring by connecting black to black, white from the motor to BROWN on the fire and leaving the white on the fire safely disconnected. It works perfectly and silently. Bliss!

Just a small item (pull cord and switch lever). Genuine part, delivered quickly and was the best price I could find.

Very swift and efficient service. Part easy to find and order. Arrived within two days. P&P was a little expensive for the size and weight of part but overall service was excellent.
