Good speedy service would happily use again

Found what I was looking for really easily on the website. Easy to pay with Paypal. Ordered on Thursday afternoon and the parcel delivered here in France at 10 o'clock on Saturday morning! Never ever received a packet so quickly and am a very frequent internet buyer. Part as described, easily fitted and the electric radiator up and running on Sunday ( didn't get round to it on Saturday.....) Brilliant, very pleased to be able to fix stuff rather than go to the dump with it....and it's not just because it's cheaper if you see what I mean? Thank you very much! John

Ordered parts for next day delivery, they sent them to my house rather than the delivery address requested. The delivery driver took a photo of next doors driveway and claimed there was no answer from our house.... outcome... the job was delayed...my customer got the right hump. However, UK Spares ensured the delivery went to the correct address the following day, refunded the carriage the following day and could not have been more apologetic or helpful

I ordered a pack of five orange halogen lights for my Dimplex optimyst fire and received them two days later.An excellent service i would definately recommend UK Spares and would use them again.

The switches arrived very quickly, could not ask for more Sadly the main on/off switch is faulty so I have got to contact them regarding returning the switches

The day after I ordered they got back to me to say they were out of stock of the item. They refub=nded my money imediately. Perhaps they coulld find a way to flag up out of stock items before you pay?

I purchased a part for my dimplex electrical fire on the net. I received a phone call stating that the part was not in stock at the moment and do we want to continue with the order. We confirmed we still wanted the part. A couple of days later I received a text informing me when the part would arrive. On the day of delivery I received another text telling me a 1 hour time slot for the delivery. The part arrived at said time. Brilliant service. After carefully fitting the part I discovered that the fire still would not work so I rang to see if there was any way I could get a refund. An excellent chap told me what to do but I needed a returns number which Sandra? would provide but she was on the phone at the moment but she would ring me back. As it was Friday at 17:25 I was told it may be Monday morning before I got the call. 08:30 Monday morning I received the call and duly packaged the part plus all paperwork and posted it back. Later on that week I received a full refund! No handling charge or administration charges. EXCELLENT service and communications. Top, top firm.

I ordered a replacement front panel for a storage heater. Unfortunately, the panel that was supplied had been damaged long before transit to me. It was probably a factory reject that had found its way into the spares department! The panel was promptly replaced the next day. UK Spares are a good company to deal with!

I paid for next day delivery Saturday and arrived on Monday. I asked for 50% refund & it was refused.

Dimplex haven't got the bit in stock 4-6 week delay

Only spares on line retailer I could find to source the part from and it was straight forward to search. Fortunately the dimplex heater thermal cut out appeared on the first parts screen (does this suggest the part has a high fault rate?). Cost and delivery good.

Ordered item on a Sunday evening. Received acknowledgement of order within minutes. Received a text message the following day stating that i could expect delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday morning received another text message giving me a one hour time slot for delivery, and even the name of the delivery driver. Less than ten minutes into the time slot the well packaged item was delivered. Very impressed with service & would certainly use again in the future.
