As the main agent for Dimplex in the UK they seem to have a monopoly on certain parts. I bought 2 regulators for NOBO panel heaters and they were each half the price of a new heater! Also the replacement parts had a different fixing method (one use plastic pin instead of screw fitting) so I had to cobble something together using rawl plugs. However, parts work fine, were well packed and quickly delivered.

I looked for a replacement vent for my kitchen extractor fan without much hope of finding one and was amazed to get one from UK Spares, especially as the vent has not been manufactured since 1996. Really good prompt service

Good service, easy to find parts required using on-line spares catalogue but: the cost of postage for 2 items costing £12.82 and weighing no more than a few grams was £8.40 to a UK address. This is totally unacceptable and when queried the reply was that it's company policy for items costing less than a certain amount. Can't remember the figure, but I think £50 was it. What choice have you got, you need the parts got to do the deal.
