Please be aware that when there's misunderstanding between your appliance manufacturer and UK Parts about the part number required, it will be YOU who has to pay your contractor an extra call out fee to fit the correct part when it arrives.
I needed a part that I didn’t know the number of, Charlie was really helpful and so were other members of the team that I dealt with. Just waiting for the part to be delivered, great customer service.
I phoned uk spares Re a replacement remote control for my log heater and was so pleased with the help I was given and the replacement cost which was very reasonable. Thanks to Charlie Pearce for going out of his way to find the product and email me to let me know all I needed to know. I received it a few days later. Great service on the phone and the time it took to send it out . Thankyou so much and I will be in touch if I need to in the future.

I needed an oven seal for an older Stoves oven. Didn’t want to risk getting the wrong one from internet so contacted UK Spares. Once I got them the model number they knew straight away. Excellent service and advice from Charlie and Sandy, would definitely use them again. Really easy to fit as well. Bonus!!
Ordered a 1.5 length of data cable which would have weighed approx 300g and easily packed to small parcel size. At checkout was asked to call the company. Was quoted £17 for postage by ParcelForce - item only cost £16! I live in mainland UK. Refused to send by Royal Mail and even if tracked by RM would have cost under £10 for 24hr delivery. Beware the postage costs!!!
I paid for next day delivery Saturday and arrived on Monday. I asked for 50% refund & it was refused.
Order arrived in good time, but the 'small order fee' makes it an expensive site for spares.
This lot are the place Valor say to go to for spare parts. Still waiting for them to tell me which part I need to order for my Valor gas fire. Fortunately, I had also written to Valor and they gave me the relevant part number. Needless to say, I have ordered the part from another company, who were cheaper anyway.
Brilliant courteous and helpful service. I wanted a control knob for my gas fire. There are two available and one has a spindle almost twice the length of the other so it is easy to order the wrong one. I spoke to Rob Lane at UK Spares early on Tuesday afternoon (17/01/23), gave him the GC No. and possible part number and asked if dimensions were available on his screen. He said they weren't but as the part was in stock he would be happy to go and get one for me and measure it which he did. This alone was a fine example of exceptional service. The part was the correct one so I ordered two of them and they arrived overnight by 11am this morning Wednesday (18/01/23) courtesy of DHL courier. Highly recommended all round. Many thanks Rob.

What a great service, I rang Dimplex at Burnley to see if could help with a spare part for our Optyimist electric fire, They couldn’t but did pass me onto their HQ, They In turn passed me onto their approved supplier UKspares at Bristol, it was 16:00 on Thursday, they confirmed part and I ordered it, paid for it, UKspares explained they would try for Friday delivery but it might be Monday, after a couple of confirmation e mails, the part arrived Friday, well packed, correct item, Excellent top marks
When I moved into my flat, I found out that two of the electric radiators didn't work because the previous owners had managed to break the knobs that turn them on. I looked at replacing both of the radiators, and it would have cost me around £600! Fortunately, I found UK Spares and they sold replacement knobs for £8 each. I was therefore able to fix one of the radiators really cheaply. Unfortunately, the other radiator must have been attacked with a pair of pliers because a replacement knob wasn't enough to fix it. I therefore sent UK spares a picture of the problem and within a couple of days I received an email telling me which part I needed to order. I easily ordered the part over the phone despite them not having it in stock, and was told I would receive it within 2 weeks. It arrived within 1 week! I now have 2 fully working radiators for around a third of the price I would have had to pay to replace them. Thank you UK Spares for your brilliant service!
Excellent service/delivery however the product broke the first day and has had to be "bodged" as needed appliance and spent over £15 on a small plastic knob and as charity can't warrant further delay & costs.
I'm really impressed - which hasn't happened much during lockdowns! - with UK Spares: initially Ben dealt quickly, efficiently with my order for a replacement Redring Boiling Unit but then when I succeeded in getting Redring to replace the faulty unit, Ben equally efficiently and promptly, with a friendly manner, dealt with me cancelling my order! All on a Monday morning, too!
I was recommended to uk spares for quick and efficient service and how right they were. I ordered a transducer for my Duplex fire and by the following day it was delivered I cannot thank or praise them highly enough. Great Service.
I contacted UK Spares on what I thought was Mission Impossible. I needed an obscure part to fix our older model Creda shower and had drawn a blank everywhere else. Clive responded to my telephone call, checking system stocks and going to the warehouse to ensure the part was actually there! Suffice to say, great service and part gratefully received via post in the next couple of days.
Very, very poor customer service. Ordered a part on 6th of November, they emailed me to say it would take 10 days. After chasing almost three weeks later, they told me they hadn't got around to ordering it. Now another two weeks and still nothing. Unfortunately they are the only supplier in the UK, so now I am faced with replacing a £350 ventilation system because they couldn't get around to supplying a £15 spare.
Incredible customer service ! Spoke with Clive who was amazing- he sorted the part I needed, checked the stock availability and arranged for next day delivery. Well done UK Spares, a well deserved 5 stars.
