Found out about UK Spares from a forum on the internet when my Dimplex Optimyst fire started to mis function. I have to say i have found their service second to none. Brilliant!! Their website was easy to access, informative, they stocked all the required parts and it was easy to place the order. You get conformation emails every step of the way. After payment, after posting and the delivery company even sent me a text at the beginning of the day of delivery telling me to within an hour the time my parts would be delivered.An absolutely excellent service. I just wish every company provided the same standard of service.

Great service and delivery but trying to get a drawing from Dimplex to fit pcb a nightmare might be an idea to include one. After a lot of heads scratching its fitted and working fine.
