I got the requested parts quickly and they were exactly as described on the website. The website also stated that with this spare part the heater cover may not fully close which is actually the case, but there was no better alternative offered

I contacted them by phone spoke to a very helpful agent said spare part would take one week as none in stock. The agent kept in contact with me via email and true to his word the part arrived 7 days later at the time of day he said. Can't ask for more.

UK Spares had the Item I was looking for and I received it promptly after ordering. However, they charged a totally unacceptable 21 pounds post and packing, for an item costing 36 pounds. When it came, it was only in a jiffy-bag which, even being recorded delivery, meant the p & p was grossly overcharged. I would think twice before ordering from them again!

Generally the website worked well, though it was a little difficult to trace one spare for an old item of equipment. The subsequent notifications of dispatch and imminent delivery were well done.

I had a dimplex wall mounted electric Fire which stopped giving Heat I came across UK supply's and called and explained the symptoms and got got help on the likely part which turned out to be correct and part delivered next day. Overall great service!

I have used UK Spares several times for Dimplex fire spares and they have been extremely helpful on all occasions. If the parts are in stock its a very speedy delivery and I have received a phone call if they have not been available with a delivery date. If the parts are available and they can get it they will. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone needing spares and they seem to cover a very wide range of products. Far easier than dealing with a manufacturer any day. Its so nice a Company like this still exists. I will be back if anything else needs replacing on my fire.
